I go to this cellphone repair shop and I asked for the repair of the charging port of my Samsung galaxy A70 and they said to me it cost 500$ because they need to change all the inside part of the phone but i know that the charging port only is the problem.🤣🤣🤣Are you serious CellZone for that price? You charged overprice to your customer? For 500$ is already a brand new samsung galaxy A70.To other customers be carefull to the employees of this cellphone repair shop.🤑🤑🤑

Extremely professional. Cheaper to change my cell screen than web sujested. They gave me an aproximat time to get it done (3 days) and guess what. It was ready in 3 days as promised...parts ordered and changed.I will go back if needed for sure.Oh ya....they also have a great choice in cases and refurbished used phones.

I had not a good experience using the service of this store.I gave them my Samsung tablet to repair it (they said it takes two to three days).After one week, they called me to come. I went, they said we cannot do it, and they charged me 20$ (they told me before). And they gave me my tablet in a bad condition (one edge of it was open!!).

Je suis allé porté mon cellulaire pour faire changer la batterie et une fois la réparation terminée, la batterie se vidait toujours aussi vite... Il semble que ce soit la carte mère le problème, mais lunique raison pour laquelle jai décidé de faire la réparation est parce les coûts et la main doeuvre sont garantis si ça ne fonctionne pas.Dans mon cas on ma répondu quil y aurait tout de même un frais de travail. Personne ne men avait parlé au préalable et ce nest écrit nul part. Bref, ce nest pas la faute des employés mais cest de la fausse représentation au niveau de la garantie. Méfiez-vous et ne prenez pas pour acquis quils vous rembourseront comme promis.

Update of my comment November 27, 2020: In the end, everything was settled in favor of my mother. We are happy with the conclusion. Original comment November 21, 2020: My mom went 4 times for her cell. It was the screen the problem. The screen has been changed, but the problem still has not been resolved. She received a call yesterday at 8:30 p.m. to be told that there was nothing more to do, but she could buy another cell from Cell Zone and that the price of the screen $ 90 + tx would be credited to it. he bought the new cell, but not the protective screen he sold him when he said he absolutely had one. So Im going with her this morning to see what he had to offer her. It was expensive. So I said that we were going to take the cell back, the gentleman told us that he is not ready, because he was waiting to reassemble it for the data transfer (er seems to me that you do not need the cell to be dismantled for data transfer). I ask him when hes going to be ready and he tells me that we can move on at 1pm (it was 11.30am). We arrive at 3:30 pm and he gives the cell back to my mother. She comes back in the car and tells me to check her cell phone, because she doesnt have her glasses ready to see. The screen is completely peeled off at the bottom. I return to the store, there are 3 customers in front of us, the gentleman is alone. Im not happy to have to wait any longer, the cell phone should have been ready since 1pm. He tells us that is why, I told him that they did not glue the screen back together. He says its gonna take 30 minutes. Im desperate! I leave my mother to wait alone. She calls me back 1 hour later to tell me that the glue is overflowing on the phone and on the screen. Speaking of the screen, its not even up, its raised. Really sorry that I could not put the photos. All this great text to tell you that I do not recommend this business for repair at all. Botched work. All he wants is to sell phones.

Finally, I had to come back 3 times to make 3 different repairs due to their incompetence.First visit, I arrive to change the window. They fix my glass, but break my front camera. They apologize and offer me the free repair.Second visit, I return to change my front camera. At the end of the meeting, I try the digital trace reader. It does not work anymore. The cell phone no longer detects it. Im calling for them to replace him. They accept and we make an appointment.Third visit, I present myself so that they change the digital trace reader. It works, but:1. They soiled the front camera.2. The proximity sensor has been affected, to the point where I can no longer hang up or dial a number during a call.3. WOW! Amazing service

I went to have a screen protector installed at this business after the installation, I found that the edge of the screen protector came close to my camera but I thought to myself that this must be normal ... After a day of In use, I found that when opening the front camera, I saw the protector line a few seconds before the camera lost focus in an attempt to eliminate the line. So I returned to the store 1 day later. The same employee who did the installation was still behind the counter. He seemed discouraged to see me again and his attitude seemed to have already changed. I then explained my problem to him. He said he couldnt see the line in the machine. However I tried to explain to him that in the first place we saw the line quickly and then it was the loss of focus that was problematic. So I had a new phone with a good camera that I couldnt use anymore. I then explained to him that I did not want a refund but just that he corrects the situation by installing a new screen simply so that I have a functional product that does not compromise the quality of my phone. He then explains to me that there are no guarantees for that. He then tells me that if he takes off the protective screen and puts the same back on, it will no longer be functional. However, he goes on to tell me: But of course I could try to move it a little .... I tell myself then that he can perhaps adjust with any tool to give him back the few missing millimeters. I nod my head while waiting for further explanations. He then removes the screen. I am confused and ask him if the screen would still be functional and he replies that no and that he told me. There was obviously some confusion but he removed the screen very quickly. Seeing he couldnt put it down, he threw down the protective screen and handed me my phone. I try to calmly make him understand that I will not leave with my phone after paying for a $ 20 screen protector just over 24 hours ago. He then started laughing at me and yelling at me in the store. We were alone with another employee who did not get involved and the manager in his office who never came out. The employee then got carried away for a good ten minutes going back and forth to the back of the store to talk to the manager. After those long minutes where he got mad at me and I tried to make him understand that I didnt want to argue, only a functional product. The manager finally asked him to change it for me when he went to see him at the back of the store. The employee then came back trying to calm down and ended up putting a Samsung A51 protector on me instead of the A71 (my phone) because with the right size it would do the same thing. Fortunately, he put it on me for free, but the result was really average in terms of both protection and appearance. He also made it clear to me that he was going to leave a note in my file for the next few times. He then presented him as a threat. I can guarantee that this rating will be unnecessary as I will never visit this establishment again and make sure to never recommend it to anyone. In short, it was probably my worst customer service experience ever. I have since gone to have a custom screen fitted to MobileNinja and have been extremely satisfied with the service and the product.

He is not strictly speaking an Apple expert in the sense that I expected. Admittedly, it is a certified retailer, but compared to an Apple store, the service is far from equal. Technician working part-time (if I understood correctly), deadlines not respected, it seems to me (but I cannot prove it) that my iPhone came back from repair with the glass scratched. So a service not up to Apple standards in my opinion. I brought my iPhone for a battery replacement under the program set up by Apple (replacement at a reduced price). At Cellzone I was told that my iPhone was not eligible for the replacement offered by Apple because the battery had a bump. By bump I imagine he was talking about swelling. My iPhone was fully functional. So this bump made Cellzone say that if I wanted to change the battery I had to pay the full price. I contacted Apple Canada who denied this information. The battery could be changed under Apples battery change program. Apple Canada simply offered me a replacement iPhone. Not a battery but an iPhone equivalent to the model I had. Conclusion: Better to speak directly with Apple.

Nice experience at this place when I went. Quick repair of my spouses phone glass (same day). The only thing I find unfortunate is the price he gives when we want to resell our phone. I understand the word profit, but not to the extent of stealing from people. Despite that, for a repair, I will go to this place for sure!
