This is the BEST store in Nepal to purchase a laptop, PC, or other electronic gadget. I purchased a laptop from this store four months ago, and after three months, few keys on my laptop keyboard quit working. I contacted them and explained the situation. They provided me an external keyboard to use in the meanwhile until the problem was rectified because the parts werent available. Itti estimated that my problem would take around a month to resolve. After a month, on October 6th, they were unable to resolve my issue and replaced it with a new laptop in the same price range and from the same manufacturer. Although it took some time, it was well worth the wait, and I can assure you that this shop will not disappoint us.

Staff of this store is worst service provider with full of attitude just like they are distributing laptop with free of cost. Price is also vast different from other. When you give laptop for repair they never care about the customer and they never call us. I gave my laptop for repair and after 10 day they said problem have been fix and i hope too but they even don’t open my laptop and return to me . Worst store ever seen in Kathmandu.

I recently bought a laptop (Dell g5 15 se)The laptop was defective its keyboard backlight wasnt working so I returned the laptop. Its been 5 days since I returned the laptop yet they didnt called me until I reminded them. Which feels annoying.Due to that I lost faith and trust in this store and here I am reading the reviews 🙂They said I am about to receive my laptop tomorrow hope they dont forget that. I am here to say just improve your customer service. To be honest I am not sure that in future I will be buying laptops from here or not. They do have variety of laptops of different brands but if youll keep sending defective product without checking properly customers gonna lose trust. I am not sure they provide genuine products or not.

Well this one is paid review😂😂 but the most honest one!!I visited this store day before the new year with my brother.I bought the laptop cost 145k (as mentioned in their website)But they offered me 5k discount (not surprised with this)Funny part is - they asked me to post positive review from both of our phone and they gave me 2k discount. 2k discount for 2 positive reviews - quite impressive deal for me.Additionally, they gave me gaming mouse instead of normal optical mouse and good laptop bag.I highly recommend this store because the staffs there were quite funny and with good sense of humour.

I ordered a Lenovo Flex 14, the laptop is decent but I got very poor service from ITTI. It took me more than a month to reach the laptop to me in Hetauda. They also have very poor co-ordination between its staffs, one dont know what their other colleagues are doing, one says one thing other says another to its customer. I thought one can communicate them via Social Network but I was wrong, their Facebook page doesnt have any idea whats going on, thankfully I decided to call them, Otherwise I would never get the laptop. + They didnt include the free mouse with my laptop as they have promised in their website. Kind of disappointing.Update: Where is the free mouse you were offering, you said you didnt have mouse at that that so youll send everyone(who bought a laptop) a mouse after the situation gets normal. Am I the only one who hasnt received the mouse yet?

Ok wide variety of products available that cant be found elsewhere and you get the laptops at comparetively cheap price... But there is a catch there ; Most of the laptops have preinstalled free dos instead of windows os.... So they just install cracked version of windows for us if our laptop had free dos. I suggest you to get one with windows os preinstalled if available although you have to pay little more.:- Disappointed to have my laptop without preinstalled windows os and the cracked version of window causing some blur issue (fixed watching youtube)... Finally, Im glad to have the laptop i desired from there which i had been searching for a long time without any success.. And laptop is working great as the specs suggests.
