While most bank provide free CASBA or at minimal cost of 10rs, laxmi bank charges 25 rs after applying IPO, and also extra 25 rs if youre allotted IPO. (total of 50 rs if alloted).

The most Worst Customer service and operator service ever. If I were asked what is the worst thing you have ever seen, definitely I would say The LAXMI BANK Hattisar, Such an unfriendly staff. If I could give -5 star, I would give but there is no option to choose and giving one Star

When I send money on ime,Rs16000 ,they dont withdraw the money because they are not afraid of the documents of the person receiving the money.I can get my transferred money back

Worst Customer service and worst operator service ever. Their system is down so what they do is instead of informing their customers, they just disregard them and dont pick up call or reply to queries. Cheque declined without any reason, online services all Inoperative, many branches not picking up call. How low can this bank go? - On 4th Nov 2020

Very disappointed by the service of Pulchowk branch... Whet to open an account today but the people at reception was very rude and to open a account she made me wait for 30mins and talking with their friends. And because of her behaviour I came without opening a account from pulchowk branch....At least the bank should be concern enough with it as it shows the impression of the bank...
