Applied fast tag through axis bank online. It was almost 8 days but fast tag was not delivered. When inquiring in branch they were clueless and said you have to contact the customer care. They didnt even gave the contact number. I had to search online and there too for fast tag there was different number which I got after calling on 3-4 numbers. The staff at fast tag customer service was not co operative and even after raising complaint for 2 times they didnt gave any complaint number. They kept saying lies that the tag has been dispatched but we cant give you the tracking ID. It was only after almost 18 days we got fast tag delivered at our place that too after expiry of govt. given deadline of 15th January.

Not able to find the Contact no., Landline no.s are not in working condition, Customer Care is not sharing the branch no. Poor rules & also Customer Care Service. Arranged for 2 contact no. but no one responding.
