We were in US, when we had decided to do our interior with a confusion of whether to do it for our own or renting purpose. I stay in Texas, United States and as soon as I took the posession of the house I was beginning to get worried as to how will get the interiors done before I could even think of renting it out. The challenge was to decide on how much me and my wife wanted to put in as we could come back anytime and stay in the house. So it has to be a good quality interior and durable too. After having checked with more than 5-6 different designers we decided to go with Atrio. Having those initial design sessions with them gave us the confidence that we have chosen the right partners to get our home done. They helped us understand how to maximize space utilization while ensuring we dont overdo any corner or wall. Gaurav took us to the factory from where the material was procured and walked us through the basics of picking the right ones to keep the cost in check but not lose on the quality. We finalized Atrio design studio for the interiors of our house after lot of market survey. I was little skeptical about going with them since they were comparatively new in the market. But my wife fell in love with their previous work and insisted to go with them. I must say it paid of well in the end.We are extremely happy with the way our whole house has turned up after completion. But a special mention must go to kids room design. I have 2 kids, a girl & boy, My wife wanter their room to have 2 separate wardrobes, 2 beds (No Bunk bed) and big mirror on one wall since my daughter is learning Bharat Natyam and needs to practice at home.We were not at all sure that we can fit all these in our kids room since its little small in size. But thanks to Saumya and her incredible planning skills that we were able to fit not only separate beds and wardrobes, we got a study table as well along with a big mirror on the wall with enough space for my daughter to practice.The colour scheme they suggested was gender neutral yet very peppy and bright and my kids love it.I would also like to special mention to Gaurav and his execution team as they have been very helpful throughout and were always there when we wanted any info during the project.Some of the shout-out from my exp.:1) Gave cost effective advices2) Soumya was PATIENCE enough to understand our requirement coolly and come with appropriate solution.4) For my last flat, my interior guy was hardly sparing time to discuss anything..... but this time we spent really good amount of time with Gaurva & soumya ... and they were very much welcoming.Thanks guys for all the help... keep up the great work.

Heard some negative reviews from couple of my colleagues on the delivery of workmanship, I was planning to approach the designer for some work, thank god i did not take the desicion to go ahead with them. Please approach with caution.

Oh my god. This couple is a cheater.. they took tge entire mo ey and left withput completinf the work.

I think they should not be calling themselves as Interior Designers. They are not more than a carpenter vendors.I had almost finalized my contract with Livspace when I saw their hoarding. Thinking that they are in the nearby vicinity and would do their job deligently and honestly. When me and my wife met Gaurav and Saumya for the first time. I was impressed with the type of questions that they were asking and the way they presented themselves. We spent good amount of time on the first day and we left of a high node. We went through their reviews in FB and found it to be good. We finalized the deal with them and said sorry to Livspace.During the design phase we were highly involved and few places i did not notice thinking they would have used their brains properly ( later i realized that they do not have ) those places they have done blunders specifically in the kitchen area. Every time Gaurav talks about high quality , quality inspection etc etc . The couple has actually heard about the word but they do not know what they mean. During the execution it started a little late ( by about a week) because I registered it little late than expected. At many stages during the execution when i was inspecting i found lot of issues everytime they said do not worry these all will be done during finishing. I have some experience in this as i have an existing house and i have burnt my fingers once. Few i was adamant that you need to fix it right now as later you cannot do it, they fixed it then and there. During handover when I was inspecting every day I pointed out 100 issues. They said it will be done during finishing, I asked them i am going to move in day after tomorrow and tomorrow is going to be a deep cleaning, when will be your finishing date ? They do not have any answer to that. Once it so happened that his supervisor was showing Gaurav one defect which i also observed, he was telling his supervisor sshhssshh. I intervened at that point of time at that point of time he started behaving as if he is looking in it for the first time and started asking his supervisor why is it like this ? . Noticible defects1. Laminates coming out even before handover.2. bulging out of the laminates in the kitchen ( they were supposed to get all these factory made and not handmade).3. doors not alligned properly.4. Center of glass doors has lot of scratches and silicon mark .5. Doors are not closing , you have to spend 5 minutes to close the doors properly.6. 3D finalized design and the executed are different.7. Living room bookshelf laminates and different then we choose and in that if you keep one book it will break. They left the shelf without fixing it.8. Laminates not put in many places. etc etc etc.9. Doors are coming out of the hinges.Like that there are endless visible issues . More importantly they shared my number with the carpenter and started threatning me to release the payment. They were not ready to send other carpenter to fix the issues. Little do they understand that a person who has already paid lakhs and lakhs of money will not hold his 5% . They started mentally torturing me to release the money. Finally i had to release the money so as to keep my family safe from these extornoist.The biggest mistake that i did was in FB i just say the pics that they have posted even you will find my house pics as well, but they are all 3D pics. I believe you would not be dreaming of living in a 3D world but would love to live in a world where your kitchens, cubboards etc etc practically exists.One other thing this guy Gourab has no idea of what he is talking. He will keep of blabbering and if you can counter him he will stop because he does not know what he is talking about. He thinks it is software somehow push the customer to sign the UAT then it is all done. Little does he realize that all customers are not fool.
