Such a worst irresponsible staffs and the parking facility is a complete zero.Management asks to park cars on the state highway road.Reception of a costumer should not be like this. They should treat customer atleast in a respectful manner.Staffs should be trained to be polite and responsible way.

Budget hotel . Hot water works on solar so only in the day. Nights are wiht cold water only . Staff was helpful in sending one bucket of hot water in the night . Price is cheap. So cant expect much. Food in the restaurant is good . They dont serve breakfast though

One of the best budget hotel stay in Karwar. Hospitality and amenities are good. Located in the heart of the city. Very near to sea shore. Market place where you get the necessary items easily. Cleanliness maintained very well. These are two hotels with same name on either sides of the road.

The Location is very good. Close to the highway and the bus stand. Did not eat at their restaurant which seemed empty or closed most of the time but there are some good seafood and veg restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.Cleanliness needs to be inproved. Found a few insects hovering around in the room.The staff is friendly and helpful. They have RO water which I found useful as I could avoid buying water in plastic bottles and could top up my own water bottle.

Very good place to stay with family. Has all basic amenities, hot water available day and night, Western toilet, AC, TV, Lift, also place is well maintained. Also have restaurant. Price just less than a thousand rupees plus got 150 discount on Goibio. Beach is just 5 mins walk away

I had a good but after check-in room was nice but it was actually 2-bedded. Then staffs made arrangement for the 3rd bed.Service was good also happy & satisfied with the facility & cleanliness.Actually parking was there in front of the hotel maximum 3-4 vehicle can be parked but no specific parking space. Great location and value for money.

Its a nice n clean place to stay in Karwar. Easily noticable from the road. The rates a affordable. They have their own Bar n Restaurant. They also have room service for the food. Laundry facilities are available with extra cost. The staff is nice. It has 24 hours hot running water. Check out time is 12:00 noon. It doesnt have swimming pool and a party hall or lawn. You can just stay n dine here. Its around 8 KMS away from Karwar station but in the Main Karwar City on Green Street. Karwar Beach is just 5 minutes away by walk. Shopping is nearby.

Had to request a lot for a early check-in even if we had the previous call with the in charge for that . Really unprofessional. Room was spacious and clean. Walkable to market,bus stand and beach. Didnt provide complimentary water bottle :D

Hotel premier is relatively new hotel of the two premier hotels. Rooms are ok and priced competitively. It has only a Veg restaurant and the quality of food is good.

Quite reasonable pricing for the rooms, n being in Karwar town is another advantage. Bedsheets n pillow covers werent changed but otherwise its okay

Even with confirmation of on line booking, room was not available. Luckily another hotel had rooms. It would have been very uncomfortable in the middle of the night! Beware!

Coastal fish preparations are good. But handwash area and passage to kitchen are really dirty. Would like to avoid this place. Parking on road side at ur own risk

Its in the city so from bus stand to hotel it take only 2min by an auto, and walkable distance from hotel to beach just a 5min walk. Rooms are good well maintained but it doesnt surprise you because of the old fashioned bedroom style and design. Service is normal, waiting time usually for food is around an hour which is too much if youre in hurry. There are two hotels of same division facing opposite to each other one is pure vegetarian and another is non vegetarian.
