Location was right on the main road with all the restaurants and near the fish market.We were just taking a break driving around this area staying in many places along the Sea.This place was quite spacious and comfortable for a couple with two children.It had a nice living area, with a dining and kitchen. Also has two AC rooms.Cannot ask for more for just experiencing the small town of Karwar.We were able to walk to the market and make some home cooked fish and it felt like home after a long time of staying in hotels.

I would give this Hotel 4.9 as it was the best service I have got till now while on bike rides, must say it was way comfortable, clean, near to most of the tourist spots and memorable stay.Service is really good and staff is very much helpful.We had visited during the christmas fest time and inclusive of tragedy is our booking got cancelled due to some technical issue at booking site front we were already on bikes from Pune to Karwar and getting this news late in evening was bit shocker,so we all got ready for long nights, but luckily hotel staff helped us and did not cancelled our booking instead they only informed us about glitch and asked do we still need rooms so they did reserved rooms as booking and did not even cost us any extra, on top of everything even front desk guided us to nearest tourist spots and how we can cover them all in a day with sequence without rush, food stalls, night rides and many more.By first view from out anyone easily get confused that hotel is not nice by look but once you entered can understand it is service apartments and serve best stay.Having entire apartment with furniture and kitchen to all by our self was best experience.As of now I have deducted 1 point only for food as hotel does not serve their own food in service but they do arrange it on demand from nearby local shops to your rooms.Overall this was best stay, clean, comfortably, and mainly same as given in the pictures.

Very comfortable service apartment, stayed here for just two days, felt like a home. The staff here are extremely co-operative and go out of the way to make their guest stay comfortable. The hotel is in the middle of market and all restaurants are nearby, they allow Swiggy / Zomato deliveries. Overall an excellent stay here...

We booked a 2 BHK for our stay of 1 day. The rooms, bathrooms kitchen were great. Very clean. There was a fridge, and water purifier. Utensils and an induction cook top for eating/heating food. The only issue we faced was that they only accepted cash payments. That was ok for us, since we had cash, but it is a thing to note.

Wonderful peaceful and relaxing.Feels like home all items available from washing machine to fridge to AC.If possible keep an iron box very helpful for professional people who come to attend meetings and can get iron their clothes themselves instead of going to laundry.Wonderful stay.

For the cost rooms were good. facility for kitchen adequate. washing machine too was available. staff very helpful. bedding quality can be improved. no views and surrounding buildings are old. But no complaints considering the cost.

Good and comfortable homestay. Place is clean, especially toilets. There are cockroaches in kitchen though, only this 1issue, rest is awesome. You will definitely love the place, beach is nearby. Kitchen accessories are available like spoons plates cooker frying pan grinder.

Nice and comfortable. Has all the amenities required for a family ..from induction gas to washing machine. It helped me tremedously to prepare food for my baby with all the utensils available. It is in the centre of the Karwar market so you can buy anything in just walkable distance. You can go for a jog to the beach too. The staff is good and helpful.

Its a nice and comfy apartment, I had booked was a 2BHK apartment. First of all, the rooms were well arranged and well maintained. It has room service where we can order food given in the menu. This is the best hotel to stay for a week or less. Its very spacious and there are two bathrooms, it also has washing machine, fridge, cooker etc. Overall this is a good choice for everyone, especially families.

The place really privides comfort of a spacuous unit instead of a single hotel room. Food in room service was good additionally there is a lunch home adjoining, where u can get tastiest of sea food stuff. Having a kitchen with all cutlery available is a boon Location of the place is quite central, parking may be a bit of hassle if u have a big SUV LIKE mine, nonetheless i managed to park mine in their parking area.. best part is u dont get any noisy traffic sounds in the room at all

Its a fully furnished flat. Everything is there except drinking water, you have to buy it. Rooms were awesome. Room service was excellent. They even cleaned utensils which we used for taking food and other staff. Wi fi & TV connection was not only for show, it was fully functional 😜😜😜😜 . Staffs were good and polite and surprisingly they were speaking Hindi petty well.😎😎😎. Beach is very near. Restaurant, ATM, medical shop all are nearby.

I got an opportunity to stay at aditi comforts in karwar. It was l. ike home away from home. V lavish service apts wt a fully equipped kitchen.its located v centrally. U can make ur own food in ur own comfort. The owner mr parshuram a young kid was v warm so was d staff. V helpfull. This could b d best u can ask for in a small town of karwar..... The tariff could b lowered down a bit. N d toilets could b upgraded a bit. An ac in d living room is also welcome. Overall a comfortable stay

We have booked a double occupancy room for a day stay and ended up checking in a spacious 2BHK, fully furnished apartment. The rooms are spacious and clean. Only problem I found is they dont have restaurant attached to the hotel. But u can order food and the hotel staff will bring from outside. A good stay at Karwar.

Well maintained place. Everything was in order and working as expected. I stayed in a 2BHK apartment in Aditi Comforts. Located in the market area. Little inside the main road and adjoining an old structure. So was wondering at first sight whether it is a right choice. However, it worked well. The rooms were spacious with amenities like washing machine, induction stove, general utensils etc. Property was well maintained and I noticed that housekeeping staff was cleaning the common areas like stairs, elevator, reception regularly.The only drawback I see is parking. The approach lane to Aditi Comforts from the main road is narrow, at time it gets blocked by other people parking two wheeler at the entrance. Even if you could manage to enter inside, the parking slots are limited and not much open area to take turn inside. Usable by small cars only. However, you can park on the road in the front and as such parking space will be available somewhere on this road.

Cosy place at the heart of the town of Karwar. We booked a 2bhk apartment for 2 nights. The price was super affordable and the rooms were clean, had WiFi, a well equipped kitchen with amenities like refrigerator, washing machine, tv unit and ACs in both rooms. Best place you can find for the price offered. The staff are very friendly and give you lots of suggestions as to what to do in and around Karwar along with contacts.

Comfortable service apartment. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 hall. Kitchen has induction machine for cooking (can cook everything), has mixer grinder, aqua guard and utensils like cooker, pan, etc for cooking as well as utensils for serving the food. Has a mid size fridge, top load washing machine. Each Bedrooms have AC. Apartment is quite spacious. Bathroom is neat and clean. 400 metres from Rabindranath Tagore beach is a big plus. Fish market is 600 metres. You get live crabs, prawns etc at half the price of Bangalore.Couple of things you may not like. There is no view at all from the apartment. It is a 4 storey building surrounded by same height houses of localites. Not a big deal but you will need to close the doors and windows all the time.There is space to park only 3 cars. We had to park our car on the main road. If you are lucky then you will find it difficult to park inside the parking as the approach gully to the hotel is narrow.

Its like an apartment with a sitting area and TV. It has a dining area too with a dinning table. The kitchen has a hot plate and utensils and cutlery provided to cook and have your food. Food can also be ordered to your room. The bedroom has an AC with attached washroom.I highly recommend this place.

I travel for 15 to 20 days in a month overnight basis, last week (march beginning) happen to bisit this place. Excellent place to stay all amenities in a hand distance. Service is extraordinarily excellent. Wont suggest as must try but Its a Must Stay place in karwar on your visit. Rooms are clean at PAr to homely feeling. Must stay place in karwar. Terrible place.. photos are camouflaged... There are no photos of the entrance. Car cannot enter the place. Maintenance is poor. We took the room based on reviews and it was very bad experience. Pls dont judge solely by reviews. Standards of maintenance is very bad. Washrooms are dirty.. floor is not kept well.

Comfortable Stay @ Aditi Service Apartments !!!We booked this hotel by looking the pictures provided online and this hotel lived upto the expectation.Let me try to give a step by step review of this Place:Location:This Apartment is located in the main market in Karwar and reaching is very easy.Parking:There is basement parking available but can fit only limited cars.But outside the Apartment there is lot of space on the main road and the car can be parked there.Checkin Process:Checkin process was very smooth and got the room keys in 2 mins.Apartment:We have booked a 2bhk as we were 4 ppl.These were the facilities:1. Both the rooms had AC.2. One Room had an attached bathroom and there was a common Bathroom.3. There was a TV,Refrigerator,Washing Machine,4. A kitchen with all the utensils and cooking equipments. (Induction stove,Water Purifier,Dining table etc etc)5. Sofa set in the hall in front of TV.Wifi:Wifi was available but unfortunately not working during our stay.Surroundings:The apartments is very close to the beach.There are a lot of good restaurants around within walking distance.Overall a worthy stay at Aditi Comforts Service Apartments.

Stayed in a 2bhk which was quite spacious in that price range. Kitchen has induction cook top, fridge and some utensils. Washing machine is also there. Adding microwave would be nice. Rooms are clean but no view as such as there is no balcony. Location is good. 5 minutes walk from beach.

Loved the place and enjoyed the stay. Location is excellent and close to beach and market. Would anytime love to come back and stay here. My check in was at 12, however, reached early and the mment allowed to check in 5 hours early. The only miss here was the room did not have washing machine, pan in kitchen (which I got only upon requesting). Since the room was booked for 4 of us, every time I had to request for extra amenities. Overall, the stay was good and recommend to stay here instead of any other hotel in Karwar.

Nice place to stay. It costed 2000 and taxes for double bedroom apartment. Very neat rooms.Pros: It had a hall and a dining room separately along with two bedrooms. The most important is it has a well furnished kitchen. Near to bus stand. Walkable to Tagore beach and INS. The market place is nearby. The famous Amrut hotel is 2 mins walk. Poornima hotel for vegetarians is just near. Swetha lunch home is just to the side. VERY COURTEOUS STAFF with helping and polite behaviour.Cons: The hotel does not have inhouse restaurant but provides room service. The restaurant just side to the hotel is slow in service. The entrance is very unnoticeable. The walkway to the hotel is little untidy. There is no conference hall. There is no lawn or sit out.Amenities: 2+1+1 sofa and LED TV with many channels, 6 seater dining table with fridge, double cot with 3 panel wardrobe in each bedroom, 2 washrooms with geysers fitted, 24 hours hot water, washing machine, drying stand, induction stove, all utensils and accessories required for preparing rice, dal, chapati, dosa, tea, coffee, etc., AC fitted to each bedroom, lift, terrace access, room service, trip planning, dolphin ride details. Overall nice amenities here provided.

Best place to stay in Karwar. I paid 1800 for the service apartment for one night. It was a 2bhk apartment but one room was locked since it was single occupancy. They have a kitchen with all necessary things for cooking. It’s walkable to the beach and the bustand as well.

I had stayed here for a day when I visited karwar beach. I must give 5star for the cleanliness of the room. I had taken 2bhk room. Rooms were big enough and very clean. It has a kitchen with all basic vessels to cook. A dining table is a added advantage. Living room was good enough. Overall u have all the facilities that u need to stay, just like home. Staffs are well trained and they talk well with customers. They also suggest good places to visit near by. Highly recommended for a family or couples stay. Parking space could have been better. Very very very good home stay in Karwar. They are providing 1bhk type and 2 bhk type rooms at reasonable prices. This is the best home stay i had visited as of now. They had provided good and neat rooms with neat bed and everything. Wardrobes and bathrooms are very good and clean. Excellent place to visit. Staff are helping good. Reception people also very nice they are guiding very good.

Cozy stay. One whole 2 bedroom flat is given for us and its kept clean. Having in house restaurant will add more comfort for the guests

The hotel was nice and comfortable.Very near to beach and main market.Beach is hardly 3 mins walk from hotel.They have limited parking though and its inside hence its painful to take out your vehicle. Staff is very cooperative.There is menace of mosquitoes in evening if you open any of the windows. Rooms are very good and spacious and kitchen was having all basic things. I would definitely be liking to stay again in this hotel.

Booked it on Goibibo and it turned out to be a good place for that price. Its a service apartment. AC in the bedroom, TV, room serbice, WiFi, hotplate with vessels to cook and serve along with Cutlery is available.Very happy with this place. Though it is slightly difficult to locate, but Google maps will find it for you.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in till now. Loved the hospitality of the host. He helped in parking the car also. We felt just like home. 24x7 wifi available. Rooms were highly maintained. Rooms have all the equipments you have at your home. You can even cook your own food. There is no restaurant in the stay but you can find ample restaurants on the main road. You need to pass through a narrow section to park inside the hotel. Hotel has 3 covered and 3 uncovered slots.

It is good place near karwar beach. Hotel staff is good but not experienced. There is no food in hotel they ordered from other hotels. They don’t have laundry at hotel they gave clothes outside for laundry. Rooms are good but room key not available the have only apartment keys. Wifi also very slow. Overall its average hotel.

They have 2 BHK apartments. Easily 2 small families can stay with 1 to 2 kids maximum. One room has attached toilet, other room does not have toilet but there is one more toilet in living room. There is kitchen with complete utensils and electrical. Cleanliness is nice. At reception, the staff is courteous and help to resolve the queries.Cons:1. Generally there are lots of mosquitoes in this area. So you have to close the doors and windows all the time.2. There are hardly any options of good food. And the options that you have servers OK food. Especially the Udipi restaurant outside the Aditi comfort stay is crap.

A great experience, negative only 2 things - this property dont have own parking, you have to park your vehicle on road and 2nd is no view from room. (But, this is minor thing). Otherwise a great service apartment to stay, when you visit karwar.

There were two adorable puppies there when we went to visit. :D6. Extremely clean.All in all, its a very good place to stay - at less than 1000 bucks (post an online offer), its amazing value for money. Highly recommended.

There are three major floors 1,2,3. Free parking, free wifi , rooms with ac , laundry service etc . its not too expensive and near a beach

Great place for family

Its one of the best place to Stay as we feel at home. We had been with family. Very well maintained with all facilities. You get everything at a walk-able distance.Thanks to entire team for making it a memorable stay

The serviced apartments was 1BHK on paper but it actually is quite spacious. The hall had a large balcony adjoining it that was as large as a small hotel room . The bedroom had king size bed, AC and an adjoining balcony. The kitchenb too was quite big,it included utensils , gas , refrigerator and an adjoining balcony. Only things that were missing were washing machine and wi-fi. The mobile networks dont usually have a good reception which was a setback.

Places is good, very close from the beach and right in the center of the local market area but its rooms offer no views. Rooms are clean and well maintained. All facilities are available in the room. Kid friendly. Staff is very helpful, kind and well mannered.

Overall the stay was very good. Hotel is good and stay was very beautiful. Satisfied what i have paid and what i have got. Hotel people are very nice and very co operative, provide an excellent service over there. Lactation is very good. Its good for families.
