Im a big tea fan but this tea wasnt good, it taste like a machine tea and was thick in consistency ( because of milk they use ).. also when we place an order staff should tell us about the quantity we get ( either regular or large).. just waste of money.Food might be good here but I never tried.

This is an unique place with unique flavours to hang out with friends. Just opposite to Taj corner they have better drink options. You ll hardly find a place like this in small town like Karwar

Expensive. Tried paneer samosa. 2 micro samosa for Rs.30 engulfed in oil of Rs.25. Should rename them to oily samosa.

The normal chai is best and prefer the most...But the three star is due to the the other eateries which are extremely highly priced...

Its awesome to have good quality tea point in Karwar....we were missing it from last 13 years....my honest opinion is that your tea quality is up to the mark.....no doubt.....but I want your team to grow as a signature spot of Tea in Karwar n other places of Katnataka.....so my suggestion is that plz try for IRANI CHAI n make your venue as Irani Special Tea point.....it will definitely give you remarkable Profit as well as Fame n Reputation.

Guys do not have minimum sense to talk to customer. Cant even tell about the 3 kadhas available, instead forcefully asked to refer the advertising board. Doesnt have sence of how to attend customers. I was kind of regular 3-4 times but not now.
