Horrible experience bought a Samsung fridge got delivered on the same day. After couple of days we realized that he sold a defective product. Fridge leg was bent completely and could never be repaired. Owner took 2 months to do a replacement even when he knew he sold a defective product after constant follow up and warnings.

I visited here to buy an air conditioner, I wanted 1.2 ton AC with 5 star rating. The man who I had conversation with started convincing me that there is no such thing as 1.2 tons, and said that after 1 ton, the very next capacity is 1.5 tons. I request you guys to have proper knowledge of any products before giving information to customers and don’t make fool of us.
