Poor customer service. I had to call reception 20 times to turn on the hot water in the morning. 24 hrs room service is a lie. They told me that the room boy has left for the day and did not provide me an extra pillow when I asked for one at around 9PM. While checking out the printer was not working due to power outage. I had to wait for 20 min. Eventually I left without the bill. The basement parking is barely enough to park one small car. The parking is also shared by a nearby two wheeler showroom. Overall I give a slightly higher rating than one 🌟.

Rooms are OK but hot water is through solar heaters. On rainy days, you dont get hot water. Flush toilets dont work well. In house restaurant is substandard. Coffee is below par. But otherwise clean. AC works well.

Worst experience. I had booked 10 rooms for 30 guests to stay for marriage. During booking we had requested for extra bed in all rooms. But in the middle of the night extras beds were not provided. We had to argue for couple of hours and in the end we were told beds are not available and guests ended up sleeping on the floor for the night.The receptionist complained each other.None tried to fix the problem. They did not ever offer extra room for time being. After this pathetic service, Id not recommend this place for anyone.Id give zero stars if it was possible.

Best ever accommodation arranged for us. The rooms were clean and tidy, a spacious Washroom, life sized dressing mirror, effective response from the reception staff. Overall a good stay.Would love to stay here on my next visit to Karur, and recommend the same to my friends.

Good to stay in karur. In first floor of the building veg restaurant is there. Breakfast is complimentary, it is limited. When we went many items were not available. They must have informed the timings while checking in

Towel was sought - Not provided. Water bottle was provided only after requested. Room was good. But AC was not covering the entire room.

Could have given some more value for money spent! No hot water in early morning before 06.30 Hrs! No tooth brush! No newspaper!Hence no 5 star rating!

Nice place near by town and all the facilities the rooms are looks nice and Ac is best and the service are also good over all Ok.

A classic of miss management. The infrastructure which was initially build was good however miss management has turned it into a bad hotel.The room was not clean at all. There was no pillow in the room. It took couple calls and an escalation to get just the basic things right.The bedsheets and towels is not clean.

Average hotel. Amenities are there but management is not good. Hotel is big but the comfort is missing. Breakfast is free and hence no care on it.

I wish I could give negative ratings.NEVER TRUST OYO OR THIS HOTELIts #OYO 30494.After confirmed bookings for 24 people including 3 senior citizens who travlled from Mumbai I.e 1300 kms were not given rooms at 2am because they gave the rooms to some other group who, from whome they charged more than what we agreed on oyo rooms.The receptionist said we did not like the tariff what oyo was paying us so he cancelled the booking without informing us even after knowing it was big group reaching late at night.The receptionist acted like he did not understand hindi or English...complete scam.NEVER TRUST OYO OR THIS HOTEL

Its a budget Hotel Lack of staffs for cleaning Room was big enough. Average maintained Hotel has to look for better Maintainance Free Break fast timing was very short 7 - 9:15 Near by velu biriyani for good lunch Opposite there is a fruit supermarket I recommend this hotel for just a over night stay.

19th Feb we visited karur for a marriage function and stayed a night at PLA AMR.AMR. Hotel, next day morning checkout from there, unfortunately we missed make-up box and some imitation jewelry at hotel room. For that we contact hotel management to get it by courier but still (more than 20 days) we struggled with hotel management to get it back.VERY VERY WORST RESPONSE FROM HOTEL MANAGEMENT .I DONT KNOW WHETHER IT REACH ME OR NOT .

Poor service. For just an little more tarrif, there are better hotels very near to this.

Excellent Hotel and one of the best hotel in karur town and we provide morning complimentary break fast for room guest . (We give extra time for guest ) after noon lunch time is 12.30 pm to 3.30pm. We make all variety food as pure veg higeinic and healthy foods.
