The services they provide are excellent. The way the doctor and nurses explain the treatment process is very clear and they take photos at each stage of the treatment to visualize the progress. And an important thing to mention is, the doctor and nurses here are very kind, polite and friendly. They make us feel free and comfortable to clarify our doubts and also the doctor is always available online to clarify our doubts. The treatment cost is quite cheaper when compared to other cities like Chennai, Bangalore. On the whole had asatisfying experience during the treatment journey.Happy patient :)

The way they treat the patient was awesome. They had a vision of their procedure, and a step by step process with minute details and result was astonishing. Very very worst service. Dont go to this hospital for ear piercing especially. They dont know how to pierce the ears. They have less number of studs which we need to choose and They have given us the defective studs which made us to run to the hospital two times to put the studs again. Now they are telling to close that hole and come we will pierce the ears again or else go to asari for ear piercing. Dont go to this hospital if you want to pierce your babies ears smoothly. We want to pierce our daughters ears smoothly so we preferred for gunshot ear piercing rather than using needle. We havent informed before the stud may come out many times and we need to rush to the hospital everytime to put back the stud since the hole is very very small and even staffs in the hospital also cannot put the stud into the hole. And are you saying after ear piercing the kid shouldnt play anywhere otherwise your defective stud may come out any time? My 2.5yrs old daughter is not an adult to understand that her ears are pierced and she shouldnt touch her ears. After I discussed with the staff today I got to know that we were given with the defective stud thats why it is coming out very frequently. Its hospital staffs responsibility to check the studs before giving it to us for which we are paying off and they havent given the stud in our hand to check also. They said they shouldnt open the tray and we have only 2 types of studs and we need to select one from this.

Very worst experience....Doctor is good... But,Why the treatment procedures are done by person who dont knew anything about it.. They dont have any subject knowledge... During the procedure, when you say pain... They will just ignore...they wont give any anesthesia too...

Ive seen multiple cases in my circle gone here with skin conditions showing a good improvement. Doc has good knowledge on the subject and never makes false promises. Cost might look bit high compared to other rural hospitals, But thats reasonable compared to similar high end skin hospitals at metro cities. But treatments never went vain.

The Best! First I really dono in karur we have this amazing doc Mrs.kavitha, i was seriously in issue with facial hair, hormonal acne, etc .. Medicine suggested by the doctor is very expensive and it is available only in this clinic. Every time the total bill along with medicine is 1000 rs for me. After the medicine got over the skin allergy problem starts and we need to purchase the medicine for 1000rs. Doc is not telling root cause of the problem after several time visit. She is tell the probability of the problem. very expensive not affordable for middle class and low class people
