Best place for self study

A great work by administration but the staff employed is very adamant and argues even on smallest things. So its kind of suffocating while studying with no cross ventilation also the staff doesnot listen to your request of opening the main door.The staff also keeps seat reserved for his friends to visit him. And refuses to give that seat to students in case there are no availability of seats.It is sorry state of affair that such an excellent initiative by the government has been dealt with such foolishness.
