Good discount racks ,nice snd big store .you want to come here if you are looking for deals ! Staff is always friendly .My one negative is the discount section should be way bigger as this store is billed as where to go to get discounted goods from champs !

This store is my all time favorite out of all shoe stores. I was never a sneakerhead so I always get nervous picking up shoes in retail stores. This store was fantastic in making me feel welcome into the store and into a shoe culture I never knew I’d enjoy. The assistant manager, Soroush, helped me figure out shoes I’m comfortable spending on. I felt no pressure in figuring out my personal taste or amount to spend. I was so grateful to experience such genuine customer service that I will definitely return to experience Soroush and his team’s groovy vibes.I left with some clean white Air Force 1’s and a new white canvas that my life beholds.. thanks to Soroush and Champs Brentwood.

Good people work there

Champs is a fantastic place to get some alone time. I can swing by here and hang out and not have any staff talk to me for like 20-30 minutes. Would recommend if you ever just been to be left alone for a while, you cant beat Champs

Went in there today. Was going to buy some sneakers. Stood around looking at them for 10 minutes. Made eye contact with the associates. They ignored me. I left. Inwas the only one in the store.

Nothing special here. Service isnt outstanding by any means. Selection and prices are alright.

A little over priced and it was the labor day long weekend. School deals please. Not one person acknowledged us or said hello. Maybe too young of staff or homophobic . Didnt hang around to find out. Shoe wharehouse was more helpful

Very limited selection. The sales guy kept suggesting me to go to SportCheck because they didnt have good running shoes and excercise pants for runnng I was looking for. This sports store doesnt have such basic items and sales guy is referring a customer to competitor. Doesnt look like they care much for their business.

Because of the Brentwood construction this Location has sales going throughout the year. No lines and stocked with shoes that would be out of stock.

An employee here told me he couldnt look up my Champs Rewards # because it wasnt possible. I later found out it was via another location. Lazy maf
