Very bad service ekart is better than ecom express they cant deliver anything at time and their delivery boy also cant pick up my phone

M indra devi i order some clothes from biba online they have send my courier through Ecom express it’s been 2 week now i didn’t received my courier. i called customer many time but they failed to deliver to my address then we want to their office to pickup the courier but there is no Ecom express company available is this address...., we got so tried to calling this guys i think its fake company there running.

Wrost service,My package is automatically attempted without any information,the delivery boy call me for package and he told me that he would came within 10 minutes but he cant come,i call him 20-25 time but he dont pic my call and some time he was busy on another call but dont call back me,today i see my update it show that the package is out for delivery but again now its again attempted without any call to me,my mobile number is active but anybody doesnt call me they delay my package 10 days...wrost service 0 star

Worst Return pickup experience i have with them.I didnt find any calling option available ,when i searched them on google and specifically of karnal office.

This company has the worst delivery service of all.No communucation skills, auto order cancellation are main features .

Fake company fake address if you want your package to get steal go through this company they show status of package delivered nd keep package to them if you really wanna know their trye caller just go through their address you ll get to know whether this review is right or notSTRONGLY SAYING DONT USE THIS COMPANY they are THIEVES.

Worst & most pathetic delivery service anybody could ever experience or get. Never delivers you on time. Their delivery is always delayed. Their number on internet is the number they never attend. They are not at all customer friendly. They are a complete package of Waste of money and waste of time.
