Proprietor Mr. Ashwani Bhatia has sold used laptop saying that these are refurbished one. Further he sold these laptop at very High rate 40000 per piece. He collected rs. 80000 for 2 laptops. Further he is not given them any invoice. He asked further 18% as Gst although he already charged 80000. Now he is not giving invoice. He is not ready to give back money and take back laptop
