We stayed on 24th April 2021 and it was the worst experience of our life, I dont think they have ever even washed their bed sheets and I dont think even their staff ever takes batch, everything was disgusting, worst than worst, no words can explain their disgusting cleanliness and disgusting quality. It is better to sleep in park or in temple than sleeping in this filthy place

Very poor service...staff not wearing proper mask, TVs not working, tata sky not charged, I have given multiple reminder but tv didnt work...room I have checked in took them an hour to get it ready but even after that the glass for drinking water were placed without washing as the strains of some cola softdrink are clearly visible, no hangers in cupboards, no safety lock.

Worst hotel in Karnal, our small group stayed on 24th April Night. It is bad because it is very unhygienic, they dont clean anything ever, it is better sleep on bus stand instead of sleeping in this disgusting hotel full of disease and cockroaches, very depressing place

The property is very conveniently located, its locality is very nice. Their rooms were so clean & tidy & the food that they provided was delicious too.

Since last five years l am staying in this hotel . very good room good ambeince, cooperative staff with good service. If you have any complaints they attend it immediately. Special mention for Mr. Sachin for his humbleness

Stay a whole night and I had a great experience. Room is clean and medium size. But the staff is not familiar they provide the blanket when we say them.Stay experience is good but not best or excellent.
