Good location.Nice view.Good ACDirty refrigerator.No water kettle at first even if we paid for it. We got one when explicitly asking for it.The breakfast is okay, but not more than that, and the location is way too small and congested considering the covid epidemic.

It was an awful experience in being guest of this hotel.Speaking generally the hotel is outdated, with old and used up furniture, carpet and bathroom.The room was provided one hour later. And it was not cleaned well: there were long black hair everywhere (in the bathroom, on the bedcover, on the carpet), chocolate was on the bedside table. I asked for the cleaning lady, but nothing changed.Noise insulation is very poor, I heard people talking in the neighbouring room.So be careful if you require clean and quiet rooms.The only advantage in this hotel is its location.

Unexpectedly, the room was located in a different buildng behind the main one. The entrance to that building was not exclusive for the hotel, it was just an ordinary apartment building. There were no elevators in that part of the hotel and breakfast was served only in the main hotel building.

The hotel is very nice and ideally situated in the center of the city. If you are there only a few days to visit, I would really recommend this place as almost all the major places are in walking distance of the hotel.My room was nice (it seems to depend which one you get) and the staff very efficient. The breakfast were decent.The only small problem is the noise from the street but it is a pretty large street that is close to Nevsky Prospect so I dont know if its really avoidable. But it was not a problem to fall asleep.

Room is not very big, but very clean and comfortable. Staff are the best asset here. Correspondence with the hotel was always very responsive and fast. Answer everything I wanted to know. Breakfast was adequate and quite tasty. Location is the best. Almost every major tourist attractions are in walking distance. My money and my time were greatly well-spent here. Highly recommend.

Tiny rooms, though its situated in the heart of city centre. You can choose better hotel chain probably for equal or less price. Breakfast is average.

Generally this hotel is perfect deal for its price and quility. The rooms were clean. In this city you really learn to appreciate people who can speak english. Metro, canal cruises,shopping, winter palace ( hermitage ) all within a short distance. Good value for money for the location.

Rooms resemble a cheap flop house. Location are easy to find it on road No.10 across SARA store. The breakfast was limited and luke warm. Sauna we didnt use as it was summer but as I was used to stay in economical hotel during travelling abroad, I was glad to know the nicer room could look like. Would recommend for a short stay.

Friendly, helpful staff in reception. Clean, comfortable room. Contrary to some other reviewers, we found the room quiet (although we did tend to get back well after midnight), and if we had been bothered by any street noise we could have shut the window and turned on the air conditioning. The only thing to beware of is that there is only one lift and it was broken on three occasions during our four day stay. Were (relatively) young and fit, so walking to the fifth floor was not a problem, but it might be for some people.

Very disappointed on arrival. The hotels only credit is Its distance from downtown area. I paid more for this hotel than my hotel in Moscow which was newer, cleaner, equally close to all the sights and had far better decor. If this is any reflection on Saint Petersburg then I am sorely disappointed. Very few amenities. Very small uncomfortable bed. If the theme was 50 Shades of Brown they nailed it.

Things that are good about this hotel. We were very impressed with the room price and buffet breakfast price and quality and quantity of food. Location is perfect as major attractions like winter palace,St Issacs,church of our saviour on blood,Kazan cathedral,Admirality etc are only walking distance.

On the plus side the room was good. The hotel location is excellent as it is just off the Nevsky Prospect North end and literally round the corner from some main sites like St Isaacs, church of the spilled blood and the winter palace. Its so cheap everywhere else you might be off eating elsewhere. The hotel is just next to the Nevsky Prospect.

Nights in this Hotel very comfortable to go to interesting place in St.Peterburg such as:Palace Square,Peter and paul fortes,Church of the spilled blood etc. The service in the rooms is satisfactory, as is the reception. Worth to ask to stay there in your wish. The hotel we chose though their website as part of our visa free ferry package.

I stayed in Nevsky Energy, an other building, without elevator and I climb many-many steps. When I reserved a room at Nevsky Grand Hotel, nobody told me that Energy Room it means an other place, at 5 th level and no elevator! The bathroom was very small, I cant wash my face in that minuscule sink...

Great location, quiet in the room (or lucky with the neighbors?), There is a lift. The air conditioner was not immediately found - it was in the window. The downside was that any dispensers were almost everywhere empty - with shower gel and antiseptics, as well as a creaky bed (although comfortable). Stayed in this hotel, in a standard room (as I understand it). We booked the Nevsky Breeze, but before arrival it closed and we were offered the Nevsky Grand. We were satisfied. Yes, the room is small, but enough for two. The air conditioning did not work in the room for heating, but the master came quickly, who could not help, but offered a heater. I was pleased that the staff is responsive and strives to quickly resolve the issue. Cleaning every day, we sometimes asked not to change towels (why waste water). A kettle was requested, but it was not available. Audibility, as they say, is really good, but my neighbors and I were lucky, it was quiet. The pillows would have to be changed, the first day they could not sleep on them at all. The bathroom is cold, we were from 29.03. on 03.04., I do not know how in winter) probably to wash is a whole torture in the cold.
