When you realize that you are not using PipeDrive anymore, by watching how they charge next month billing. And then when you ask them to close the account and make a refund, you hear NO. Thats not a great customer experience. And Im not going to get back to PipeDrive, even if I need a CRM again.On the other hand, Linkedin make refunds. And you know that works well. Ive returned to Linkedin paid plans many times so far.
