I contacted the owner at around 7.30pm and asked him to help me urgently with an emergency OS update. Inspite of heavy rain and existing covid restrictions, he readily agreed to help me. He patiently got my issue solved within the next 30 to 40 mins and I could easily resume my office work post that.These are quite difficult times and having technical issues while working from home is a nightmare. People like Sharma are going out of their way, tirelessly working towards making our lives easier during these times.Highly recommend their services.
