The organization due to the covid is ridiculous. No tea ... I am very disappointed with this hammam which is based on its former reputation. So stay standing.The exfoliation room is no longer accessible.There are far too many loose tiles ... Very disappointed with my last session. I booked 5 hammam tickets (as a gift) in December, I am told an amount including € 3 / person of Covid incidence. My visit takes place in January and on my arrival I am asked for an additional 2 € / person because it is Sunday (but I had reserved for this day). The hammam access was planned for 2 hours ... which are not in reality since we are pressed, we are asked to go up to the relaxation area after only 1h20 of hammam, to go and get dressed 20min after getting in and hurry up to go out because there is a curfew. We therefore left the premises at 5.45 p.m. (i.e. 1h40 in total including hammam and relaxation). However, we had booked for 4 p.m., so the staff knew that the service would go until 6 p.m. In addition, there is no longer access to the pool and we are not warned, the manager replying it makes sense in times of Covid and well no madam some swimming pools have remained open by appointment. I find the commercial methods shameful and dishonest, the service provided does not correspond to that sold. The Zeïn spa no longer corresponds to what I have known, neither the maintenance of the premises, nor the friendliness of the staff .... too bad I came there several times a year

Flashing lights (guaranteed epilepsy), showers randomly boiling then freezing, mosaic peeling off, basin closed with ... skotch.Be careful to inquire about the course of the service before the session because the explanations given by the staff on site are not only imprecise but also contradictory and changing. In our case, all of this gave rise to grotesque misunderstandings and made us look like questionable people who were ultimately refused to serve tea! I have never received such treatment, I am very disappointed.

I was then informed that the hot hammam was not working. I had found it nice to have a commercial gesture as an apology.I went yesterday, after phone call and confirmation that the hot steam room was working. On the spot, I was quite surprised to find that this was not the case. The hammam has lost all its charm, no more colored pool, and I remain skeptical about the cleanliness. Fortunately the person who provided the treatment was very pleasant and the room up there with the tea always so pleasant.When I left, when I asked if I was satisfied, I said I was extremely disappointed and explained the situation. It is always a pleasure to come to this establishment. The staff are very caring and do their best to make you feel good. I go there every year, and its always a real moment of relaxation. Relaxing massage to the tip of your toes just after a steam room that has relaxed you, a pure pleasure to finish in apotheosis in the room where we take tea with delicious fresh fruit. I really recommend. We all need a moment like this in the year just for us.

So no, you are not a parquet floor in one place, but this space allows us to respect social distancing and allows us to be able to disinfect the space used after each Hammam session. Which should be pretty reassuring for you.Our basin could not be reopened due to the current situation._in the bathrobe there is a space reserved for you to hang your bathrobe / towel. This avoids, as was the case, to be swallowed up by other bathrobes !!!!_you will be taken to the relaxation room by our team in order to be seated in the space allocated to you. Ultra disappointed, no indications related to Covid, closed swimming pool, smell of mold, unscented hammam, flashing light, boiling shower instead of being fresh, earthenware peeling off under our buttocks, no background sound. Unfortunately we must admit that Zein has lost much ... 2-3 years ago the premises were clean, pretty. After the hammam was waiting for our bathrobe to avoid passing through the locker room. In the rest room there was always an employee to serve tea and dried berries. Now the welcome is always smiling but the hammam stinks frankly, there is no employee anywhere, never tea or fruit (you have to go crying every time) ... I think I will regretfully change favorite hammam!
