Worest service they don’t no how to handle the customer and please do change the staff immediately and tv not working I complain many times but they didn’t resolve, room clean less and they give torn towel I have many reasons, please be mentain proper because we are paying more money then you have to well mentain

Very poor maintenance. They even didnt bother to change the bed sheets and pillow covers. I dont know how they are thinking about covid situation. Hotel is dirty. Breakfast is offered and besides at the same time repair work is going on.. wash rooms ..water leakage door getting locked..horrible experience...

Staying at the budget hotel was pretty good. Ample of amenities were provided into the room itself. good thing about stay at this hotel was the restaurant at the top floor, dinner as well as breakfast was available at reasonable price

It was good hotel, service was good, no issues faced. we booked hotel for family at late night some where around 12.00 amthen also staff helped us in selecting hotel room. they were courteous and polite. Hotel was really awesome. trust me...it is nice hotel with nice staff even though i was not from same state

Budget hotel is Really Budget Hotel. It is the most inexpensive hotel in the Karimnagar Locale compared to other hotels available. The warmth and kindness of the staff is very good. The rooms are clean and neat. There is no chance of your things being missed from inside the room. I accidentally left Re. 1 on the Table, and yet it stayed there for 10 days, no room service guy even touched it. I personally have not tried the Restaurant (Bamboos) for dinner and lunch so I can not comment. Overall its great.

Worst Hotel I have ever visited for last few years1. TV not working for entire my stay... No Response after calling all concern in the hotel2. No Response from Room service for different food asks... like coffee pouches and Lime soda etc.,3. No Eggs and Bread for Breakfast, after asking thrice and four times some one for them and served (time 8.15am)4. Taking car out from cellar has taken 45min... Not because of crowded parking place, but because there is no security at entry/exit aone one parked their vehicle in front of cellar exit and went into hotel (sueprisingly Car is of Hotel Guest)Thanks

Great place in a tier two town like Karimnagar.I never expected it to that good. It crosse my expectations.. and STAFF should be commemorated for their hospitality. They arr helpful and service is customer centric.Great ambience, good food .. and totally felt like 5 star service.

Worst staff behaviour. When we took a twin bed room for 2persons, after taking money they said that king size bed room is available as of now, will change to another room once it got ready. Given another room where electricity is tripping for every 15min. Changed to another room at 12:30 midnight. Next day without checkingout, staff saying that you have checked out and not allowed into the room.

The rooms are clean.The towels are very old and when you use to wipe it releases the small white dots due to its improper condition.The restaurant food is not upto the mark. I have tried tandoori item chicken - its just raw and not at all fresh.Jeera rice totally waste - there is no flavor or taste.Egg curry - its the first time I have seen eg curry with green peas - totally the food items need to be taken care.Complementary break fast only idly - I had not tasted it.Finally we can stay and for restaurant look for better option - its just my opinion Thank you.

Everything is fine except that taking photos while checking in it kills time after a devasted journey

Good hotel but house keeping staff are very slow and careless, they dont see what to be put after housekeeping like towel, tea kit etc. Need to call everyday for silly things. Taste of bamboos restaurant is not satisfactory. Staff are careless during billing. They lost my food bill during final settlement.
