Un trained staff n unprofessional, irresponsible, they dont care customers at all... If u want to buy something and check with them no one will answer you

Need a bit professionalism in staff.the store is located at convenient location and has a good collection. The main issue is with the staff. They do not display the discounted price at the rack which is the trigger to buy an item. when the staff asked for the same OMG the attitude😡 they simply ask you to carry it and check the price at the billing counter and a free suggestion to buy if you like it then buy otherwise leave it there if you dont like.😇😇. many customers exressed the same on my recent visit.

Items are at reasonable prices only but... All are clumsy and cant even able to find items even they available in store. Staff also busy in delivery packing and unable to help much to identify what we need

Worest behavior of staff, all the trollys are using by the staff only there is no trollys or tubs to hold the items, nd the manager behave like a TUGLAK and the staff dosnt have time to talk with the custamr and billing also they are njoying with selfis and personal politica only..Could ask anything to the staff simply saying that u just go ans check insid.

They are not updating the prices on the price display cards, it shows offer price and while billing they do the other price which are more than price displayed on the cards and SOMETIMES MORE THAN THE MRP. They are just attracting customers through their fake offer price display cards and When we ask about that at the Blilling counter they repeat the same statement that it was old offer and forgot to update display cards What does that mean, always?? Once or twice, It can be accepted as a mistake or they forgot. But its not the case they are just fooling customers by showing offer price at the display cards and price varies in the Bill. Though some people who are shopping bulk items are not noticing it, But many small medium range weekly groceries shopping customers have noticed it many times and brought this price variations after Billing to the notice of Bill counter and Security and some customers have even argued and were fired to talk and bring this to the notice of the store manager. This is repeating again and again. And while have 6-7 Billing counters, but most of the time they operate only 1 Bill counter and sometimes operating 2-3 Billing counters, though many people are waiting in the Que holding baskets. Lack of operational discipline and negligence is observed.

Good offers at reasonable price

Need to have more products like Ratnadeep and Vijeytha Super Markets. Also, need Heritage or Amul milk and Milkymist Curd.

Very bad service . Today I went for enjoying 1st January along with my children as I was regular customer of the Reliance smart but staffs have very rude words with me. I will withdraw to purchase the products from the company and all my relatives too. I also became the customer of JIO mart but today they have dishurtenned me a lot.

There is a lot of waiting line as the queue is very long and we need to wait for almost 15 to 20 mins minimum as there are only 3-4 active counters and products are available that is why i rated it 4 and cause of the waiting line i removed 1 star.

For instance a kg of groundnut cost just Rs.101 here as against the retail price of Rs120 at other malls like More and Spencer’s . Similarly, the most sought after fruit of winter season Kiwi Costs just Rs.19 for each piece as against the open market price of Rs.36 for each piece.
