Rooms are good and clean. Service is also very good. We had leave early morning due to emergency . They had arranged for tea and breakfast early morning as well. Thanks to team for that. It is just in front of beach. Overall stay was good.

Location is excellent. right next to Karde Beach. However there was some issue with AC cooling. Staff is also very supportive.

We visited this hotel in June 2021. This is a new property in Karde. Right in front of beach. Rooms and toilets are clean. Staff is very courteous. Food is delicious and fair to pocket. Must stay if you are planning to visit Karde or place around Dapoli. They are coming up with more rooms for travellers

Food quality is best and sea view from Room is so beautiful.... Food for little babies also get so well, as instructed by us to restaurant ...just need of one improvement, in-house children play area needed. in short it is best family destination for short trip.

The hotel ambience is very nice. The staff took good care of us. We were a group of 24. We all stayed in super deluxe rooms with amazing beach views. The rooms were clean. Overall I would say excellent service.

The perfect resort in the Dapoli landscape where you are surrounded by the violent sea and the hills near you. A perfect blend of the hill station and the beach vibes. And their resort stands out in the greens due to their unmissable white and golden color. Very similar to palatial colors. The food at the hotel wasnt upto expectations given that it is owned by Kamath group I expected amazing food but I was disappointed. We had Kolhapuri chicken, surmai tawa fry , pomfret tawa masala , prawns biryani, chicken fried rice , chicken chilly and chicken crispy. Out of all these only the pomfret was good rest wasnt that great. The Chinese cuisine was a total bummer and tasteless. Even the ginger tea wasnt that good. The morning breakfast had a buffet spread but we choose to eat Aloo paratha and Anda Bhurji Pav. Keeping the food aside everything else was great. From staff behavior to hospitality to the views and even the rooms were magnificent. The washrooms were lavishly built too.

Hotel is average but quality of room and its amenities are not that good. Even though you book super delux room.Restaurant food is really bad. Dont go with included breakfast. Location is nice. Very near to beach.

Vits Excellensea is one of the best hotel you could visit at any time of the year.. It is lovely and peaceful with great rooms, good amenities and nice home like food.. This is the best property in entire Dapoli. Best location as its bang on beach with amazingly warm & well behaved staff. Not to forget the food.All in All planning a trip to Konkan a MUST GO place.

Good location good service good food desent

When we checked in hotel they said complimentary upgrade to super deluxe room, later said will be charge 1000 rs for upgrade charged double for half kg cake. food was very less quantity as compared to price of food.ordered paratha received paratha thin as chapati .staff is not clear about price of service food and service not professional staff ,feel like bargaining on street for everything.

First of all, great location, sea facing, wave sounds were very soothing. Rooms were clean, neat and tidy. Good hygiene maintained in bathroom. The chef, Mr. Rupesh was very keen about the preparation, which is worth appreciating, awesome and delicious food served. Entire staff was very co-operative, attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Jayesh, Mr. Sarvesh and Mr. Bharat for making our trip worthwhile and memorable. Right from service to rooms, food and ambience everything is amazing. Heaven in Karde!!! Highly recommend.

We had a late surprised check in on 31 Dec , dhwani ji was excellent in accomodating us . Rooms and other services including food was very upto the mark ! Very satisfied! Also the view from the hotel is breezy and class apart. Other staffs and Mr Vikram were very helpful and met all the needs
