Environmental is good but basis needs to be change by theirs management team.Facilities are not good as per expected to package per person.People are going there to relax so hopefully you guys will take care of it.

Been here in December , 17. Its a nice place for a break from routine life. Good food n service. Reasonable rates. Must try all adventure activities. You can opt for tents also (not an actual camping experience but just for fun).

I have visited Karandi Valley with my family of 11 adults and 1 kid.We opted 1500 per persons package with dormitory room.View from outside was great and pleasant. Parking was available.Location and nearby views were beautiful and attractive.Food quality, Rooms and washroom were major concern.Not up to the mark.There were only 5 activities available that too not very challenging and enjoyable.I found it little costly considering quality of food and accommodation. We can get other decent enough outing place in same amount too.

The adventure activities were extremely fun. The living arrangements could use a bit of maintainance and the food can also be improved. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.
Very friendly and good hearted staff, good food, good accommodation. Only one concern, pls call and check if all activities are open & available.I chose this place specially for ATV and archery, but to my disappointment archery was not available and they didnt have satisfactory explanation.

Very poor service, lack of hygiene and very bad quality of food provided.I personally will not recommend anyone to visit the place or plan for a overnight stay. Caretakers refused to provide basic services.Hair found in food, high tea is of bad quality, utensils used are very dirty, bad quality oil used and the food is extremely oily. Caretakers are very rude and donot provide services on time.I had a very bad experience and would not recommend it to anyone else.It is not really worth visiting

It was a memorable experience to stay here. adventure activities were good. Early morning trek in the green house, fields was superb. food quality was good. staff here is very helpful and quick. Above all, owner Shri. Borge Patil is a very kind, care taking personality.

Good weekend destination especially during monsoon season
Very good place for family and team outing.Activities are good and well managed.Food quality can be improved.They do not have mineral water, cold drink, milk, butter milk. You have to bring it with you or you can buy it from near village.You can bring instant food and prepare there.Staff is curtious but limited people at restaurant.Accommodation available in various option with AC, Non AC and dormitory rooms, confirm while booking.Apart from advrnture activities dont forget to visit water fall, small and beautiful.

The location is beautiful. The food was ok, with less variety. Coffee was not available. The evening snack (so called high tea) was a disappointment, with very oily snacks that we couldnt eat. The timings for breakfast are odd - start at 9:30 in the morning. Thr staff though is courteous and helpful. The rooms are ok. Could be better. The dorm rooms is very basic though clean. The toilets are outside and a little bit distant. The overall property could be better developed.

I was an guest / invitee for get-together of 25 people for Singing on Karoke. As far as venue is concerned no support and cooperation though all information and requirement were passed on well in advance about a week ago. Also failed to provide basic needs after multiple followups and reminders. Refused to even serve sugerless tea, stating not possible for single person. Not even served breakfast as demanded and provided dry bhel only. After the event all sound system and equipment were transported and kept by ourself no bellboy available. It was shear waste of energy and efforts though, tolerated as I was guest. If I would be host not paid a single rupee.Not willing to even think of visiting this place again
Closed & clumsy rooms full of bedbugs.Rain dance is built in an open space in middle of nowhere using sprinkle irrigation outerpart and water used in it has an odour.1 or 2 adventure activities can be done by adults (moat probable only one).Archery not available n rifle shooting is just a target in open worsy than in fairs.Toilets are broken n showers arent working.The staff arent punctual n we need to inform staff to start any activity.Food quality is worse n breakfast time is mention as 5-10am but breakfast start at 9.30 itself.Lack in basic amenities. The staff had allotted us dormetry but as soon a larger group came they told u to be stay in rooms when we reached their.Horifying experience n not recommended for stay at all.
