I was put in an awkward situation because of their lackluster attitude. I got a promotional email that they are offering almost twenty-five percent discount. I along with my colleagues, fifteen in total reached and the food was served. When we asked for the bill it was more than we had expected and when asked why arent you giving us discount they replied that the discount had expired two days ago. Even there were large banners of discounted price but they didnt bother to remove them. Well, luckily I had enough cash with me and the situation went well but the unprofessional attitude on part of such a big name is uncompromising.

1.prices are high2.food quality was good3. ambience is not good4.lack of cleanliness5.Card payment was down (most probably intentionally to minimize the taxes , they do scam by writing hbl discount on door while at the end they say system is down)

This review is for the Mohammad Ali society site but they dont have a Google location so Im posting it here.Good food and friendly service but could be better coordinated. We were a large group of around 30 people. We were seated on the third floor. Once the seating area got busy the servers would randomly go to different tables and the service became patchy. If there remained one dedicated server per large group and the rest of their team were floaters that would be better. All servers were floating so whichever table kept pressing for service would get the best service.Our drinks arrived after half the food had been consumed though we ordered them together. Their fresh lime 7 up was a mojito style and quite tasty.The kulfi dessert was good but not amazing.As for the food it was quite tasty. The naans were good and the peshawari karhai was excellent. The barbecue was also very well made and quite delicious. The chicken barbecue botis were melt in your mouth tender. The kids really loved the nachos and the chicken wings appetizers.

They seriously needs to improve their service as I placed my order at 9:00 pm and my food was delivered extremely late at 11:00 pm and it was cold/stale by the time it had reached. I had always been a fan of your delivery which is oven hot and nice packaging but I was certainly disappointed yesterday. Despite multiple calls to your direct helpline and Food Panda - I wasnt given any intimation when will my order be delivered. This is probably the last time Im ordering food from you guys now.

Very bad service when ordered from food panda, it has been observed personally that the Baker persons at North nazimabad branch give poor attention to food panda rider in fact I have seen that Baker counter person behave poorly with food panda riders, it is always late delivery, today I ordered breakfast item, first they said 15 to 20 but they took more than one hourKebabjees Senior management should take serious note of their North nazimabad Baker persons very ill mannered, I have personally observed

Visited kababjees m.ali, ordered their mandi, chicken makhni handi and their rango Kabab. The food was great, especially the mandi was really good definitely worth it. :-)

The place is good for family dine in. The Management is slow. It takes several minutes for arranging seats. Food was good and a awesome. Food services are good but there is lacking of managing them. Moreover the roads are not in good condition.

Ordered bihari boti, malai boti, paneer handi, naan, chicken alfredo pasta, chicken burger, chicken bbq burger. Malai boti, handi and naan were on point. Whereas bihari boti was too much spicy to handle. On the other hand, burgers were both very good same price and the only difference was bbq sause. Pasta was not fresh not hot and without a taste.

Excellent environment good food.PS: i have been to this branch of kababjees several times the food and environment is always good but upon my last visit we order reshmi chicken paniri which was great and the other thing we ordered was motton sajji the taste was just fine serving or presentation was not as good as we expect from kababjees.

Fresh and tasty bakery items

Went two years ago, wasnt the best of its branches. Food quality was not matching that of other branches. Extra oily, the washroom wasnt that clean. Staff wasnt very cooperative. But then again, not very bad too. Just that the M.A.S branch and jail road branch have set a benchmark that is not easy to match.

The food is amazing.

So kababjees is our most favourite place when it comes to food. Their all branches are really nice. Food is always the best. Yummy in taste and quite reasonable. Ambiance is great and their service is outclass too. They have everything in their menu , from DESI to Italian to Chinese you can get everything under one spot. Highly recommended.

Lovely restaurant with great food. Our relative hosted a party here and our experience was extraordinary. Every dish that we have ordered was delicious and tasty. The price was a bit on the higher side but keeping we in mind the ambience and taste, its definitely worth it. The staff was also very helpful.
