Teller Sunil Sharma behavior are very bad towards customer. He is arrogant person . He thinks that no body can take action against him because he convinced some people to open their account in Hdfc bank . Sunil Sharma did not follow queue system and make entries without giving receipt and if some one tries to raise their voice against there misbehavior and irresponsible work he try tu threatened them . He convinced citizen to give Good feedback and he do there job without making them wait. He tries to use rules against people .
