Best Shop for Computer Repair and laptopBest Shopkeeper who understand customer requirements and very cooperative with customersome times they are not charging from customers for small thingsI suggest every one to go for Repair only at VN Computer

I called and asked for the product before calling and they said that they had the product for 800rs. But when I visited the store I had to wait for 10-15 minutes inside the store because everyone was busy but they were not. They also prioritized customers after me and a customer was also complaining that he had received defective product and they were not going to return or replace it because customer had already used it. So bad! for today standard of service. Amazon or Flipkart is way better. I also remember one person who had given his laptop for repair but they said its going to take them 2 more days more than a week they had promised him so he was also angry at them. When finally my turn came, they said they didnt have the item in store and it would cost me 3000rs instead of 800rs. I had to travel for 30min just for that and I had called them before visiting as well. So lazy and arrogant people, I am never going to there store again.I bought my product from amazon and it just costed me 400rs!I also asked the prices of hard drives. For 4TB they are selling it for 10000rs when online I can buy 5TB for 8799rs! Go for amazon or flipkart, There customer service and delivery is very good and you dont have to waste your time with these arrogant, lazy, old minded scalper merchants. Respect your money and your time because they definitely will not. Idiots.

Very Poor Service. Showing attitude with customer. Giving on Warranty. Companies give 1 years warranty. VN Computer gave 7 days warranty only.

Worst experience ever .my laptop was missing a screw and the moment I went to report the same, they started talking to us rudely and said that it was us who removed the screw . I was like wowwww I bought a laptop of 60,000 just to remove a screw from from it। Honestly I would never recommend anyone to but any laptop from them।
