It was our first visit at Tanishq Birhana Road Kanpur, truly it was a wonderful experience, and all credit goes to Ms.Anjali Srivastava.The outlets doesn’t run just because of product’s quality/varieties/schemes, but due to people who is working hard, dealing all kind of customers, handling them patiently and responding to all their silly questions from morning till night again and again with a smile on their faces.Like here my 1st impression for the outlet was not good as when I stopped my car with the expectation of valet parking, got to know from security guard at the gate that the driver was not available, hence park it yourself, and to park vehicle in Birhana Road is a pain. Anyhow I managed that after 15mins search, but it’s been at the back of my mind to visit other branch next time.Then we entered and Ms.Anjali Srivastava was assigned, she understood our requirement quickly and then the way she explained each and every thing about ornaments, responded to all our queries, cleared doubts about ‘Golden Harvest’ scheme, the purity check etc. that after returning home we were feeling like we went for some jewel’s crash course😀She is soft spoken, knowledgeable, experienced and a kind-hearted person.Thank you so much Anjali, you rock👍🏻
