I placed an order for a wedding lehenga (budget: 20k+) and had a horrible experience. it arrived 3 days before the wedding and the measurements were completely off. it was extremely heavy and was just not wearable! I had to get a lot of alterations made at the very last minute to make it wearable. also, I received it in a torn bag, contrary to the very pretty box packing that they advertise on.It is expected of the designers to let the client know if the end product will be inconvenient since I am not able to see it physically. Blindly following everything the client says based on pictures drawn from the internet doesnt work

I recently got a lehenga designed from here and am very much satisfied with the services. My designer was Shivani and she helped me with finalizing the design and pattern in my budget.So the procedure I followed is I DMed Vogum on instagram and the same day, Shivani reached out on whatsapp and the process began. She shared some sample pictures of lehengas and blouses in the color I chose. A finalized sketch was shared and then the fabric selection happened along with laces and add-ons.Slowly the stitching was done and the dress was shipped in time with the date agreed upon initially.I would like to mention some things here though.Because it is completely online, we have to be very careful with the measurements. Otherwise the final product will have very bad fitting. Also it takes time to receive the outfit so better to plan at least a month in advance. It is faster for simpler designs, but ornate designs will take time.My sister had a bad experience because her dress fitting was off and also shipped late. I guess it depends on designer too. Shivani is really awesome and I would recommend her. So the 5 stars are for the lehenga designed by her.

They might be good at lehenga customization but pathetic if it comes to gown. They will show you some fabric and later the final look will be in a different color and then will blame you for all this and will never give you your 30% advance that you paid them while placing an order. They state customer satisfaction is their ultimate goal but in case you are not happy with the pattern or color they will ask you to trust them and later when the final product comes out, they will tell you that you yourself dont know what you want, no matter if you showed a picture of the kind of outfit you want, they will blame you. And the customer support will take the side of their own designer as always. Such a pathetic and worst site.

Her customer service skills are top notch and she’s also very polite. The actual hand embroidery on the gown was way better than the design reference picture i shared. The stitching, the fitting, the flair, the trail, the craftsmanship and everything else about the gown was just perfect. The hand embroidery on the veil was also so pretty. They have some very talented people in their team. The quality of materials used was excellent and not a single stitch came undone every after dry cleaning it twice before and after the wedding. The embroidery was also intact. They did some good quality work on my gown. The embroidery is just beautiful and it was so well stitched that even after dry cleaning and the transportation not a single sequin or bead moved everything was intact. I cannot express in words how thankful i am to Shivani and her team for this gorgeous gown. The process of designing the gown was also very smooth and i have no complaints. Its rare to find such great customer service skills and polite and professional people these days and i am definitely going to stitch more outfits from them. Shivani the designer is very trustworthy and reliable. She communicates well and clearly so that the expectations are set straight and no doubts are left. I highly recommend working with her. Hi....I am an Indian who live in Germany and was looking for a dream maternity gown designed for my baby shower. I started searching and enquiring few instagram pages about the dress. Most of them told the cost for the dress might be way more than I imagined because all extra details and customisation. As i had budget constraints, I thought I ll drop the idea. But one day while surfing some videos in youtube, I came to know about vogum fashion through a youtuber review. Thats when I thought I ll give a try. I checked out their insta page and contacted them through their website. Designer Shruthi contacted me on behalf of their firm. I initially told her my budget and then my idea of how I want the gown to be designed and customised. She took a note of every detail so patiently shared her thoughts too. The true body measurements were shared to her and it all started. I followed up with her now and then for the dress. She updated me at every step during the designing process....selection of material, embroidery, color dying etc,.They tell us from the very start ....that it will take one month time to get the dress , which was one big constraint. As I planned to get the dress little earlier and also told her about the growing belly and body. She toook a note of that and had outdone the dress so well. I should say, I had told her few changes than what was planned, which she had accepted and did everything in the planned budget which was so so so great. It is definitely difficult to find someone who listens to every tiny detail and does it as per the clients wish. At vogum fashion we can definitely get this kind of customer satisfaction for sure. Finally It took whole one month to get the dress. But it was perfect.The only con was....as my dress material was dyed with the color I asked for, there was some smell coming. However that can be lost if u air dry it under sun for time.It was a very good experience with Vogum Fashion and Designer Shruthi. I definitely recommend them and I would personally get more clothes designed from them.

I got a designer named Muskan, and she was too sweet to begin with.... She helped me a lot in the customization!! The payment and shipping were also completely fine and trustworthy!! The only thing bothered me was the fitting of the blouse!! But since they cant get you measured by themselves, it can happen I guess!! You need to be careful about your own body measurements to tell them!! And also I would like to suggest Vogum to use better quality zippers and latkans next time!! Again this can depend on your budget also.... Anyways thats all.... I loved the lehenga very much!! Thank you Vogum Fashion.... Keep going, overcoming your tiny faults!! ❤️❤️

Very unprofessional, my order which was supposed to be delivered before 20nov was dispatched as lat as 18th and they have no sense of apology or responsibility. Cant talk about design or finish as I havent recieved the order yet.Edit: I received an apology from vogum and the dupatta that I had ordered was well made with proper finish.
