Poorest of poor service.Rude behavior and reluctance over customers grief.After sales, no service.I purchased car in sep20 for daily commutation to office but they still couldnt provide RC even after several pursuation.I took car due to corona..... now thanking KTL that still i have to travel from BUS.

Was planning on to buy Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, so while discussing, my close friend recommended browsing through the arena website, as it allowed everything  what a person would do at the showroom, it even allowed booking the test drives online. I chose the car for the spaciousness it offered, the automatic transmission and sporty alloy wheels it had, the smart hybrid technology it possessed and lastly the smart play infotainment system that just made it a perfect entertainer on long drives. Once I chose the variant and made some configurations I bought the car and was given a delivery date. I went to the Arena showroom on Mall Road, Kanpur on the day of delivery and was pleased to look at the warm and sophisticated ambiance. It had a dedicated delivery area where I took my car delivery. Overall the experience was unforgettable!

I wanted to buy an Alto K10, so I headed towards the Arena showroom on Mall Road. The staff was very welcoming and we sat at a café-like area with some nice coffee, discussing the various aspects of the different variants, after which, it wasn’t that hard for me to choose the LXi model. The booking was also done quickly. Overall, great experience!

Purchased TVS Jupiter on 09.09.18.They said 1 litre petrol added to your scooty tank..you wont believe...I had to pull my scooty for 1 km to get the petrol as it stopped because petrol got exhausted. They had hardly given 200 ml oil. Such a cheap hospitality.

Had a worst experience. They called to take the delivery of the vehicle, but after waiting for 4 long hour, there was no clue of the vehicle, and still they wanted me to wait more.The sales guys there doesnt know which vehicle is to be delivered to which customer. be careful while booking the vehicle over there, chances are there that you may not get the vehicle the day you want it to be deliver.

I am buying Apache rtr 180 from there and its a good showroom for purchasing new vehicles.
