I went in for their services because of the good reviews, and maybe for others it has been a good experience. However, for me the process was painful to say the least. The staff members were polite, but prompt is not a word I would use. I missed an entire year of applications because of this delay. The only reason I stuck with them is because I had made the payments and did not want to ask them for a refund.They delayed the process by 10 months, kept blaming the university and kept asking if I had any relative who could pick the transcript. I had employed the services because I did not want to trouble members of my extended family. They did not even get the correct information from the university, and made assumptions about my family members (they are not at all open to the idea of an unconventional family). Eventually, my uncle ended up doing most of the work, including collecting tokens and getting the documents.Maybe others had great experience with Mail Script, but I on the other hand did not. So, at least for the people from my university (Calcutta University) I would suggest, rather entreat not to employ the services of Mail Transcripts. Request your relatives and family members if you are not in Kolkata. If you employ the services of Mail Transcripts, you will have to do it anyway!!

Do not trust mailtranscript! They just take your money without any responsibility. After giving them 11000 Rupees and waiting for 3 months, WES received my documents, but they said it is not acceptable because documents were not legible!!! While I sent high quality scan of my documents to this company and even if they were not good, it was their responsibility to check if everything is okay or not, otherwise why they get 11000 Rupees from applicants?!!! I told them to finish my order successfully, but they said if you want, you have to apply again and pay another 11000 Rupees! Of course I will not do that!Waste of money, not recommended at all!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had such a bad experience with Mail transcripts. First of all they charged Rs 10,000 for a trasncipt that actually cost Rs 800 and charged me twice for one transaction, returned the previous amount but deducted Rs 500 for no reason. After Six months of constant follow up they did nothing from their end. I had to follow up with the university on my own through my personal connections. They were absolutely not helpful, infact when asked for slightest of cooperation they wanted to withdraw my application without any refunds stating YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. After constatntly letting them know how important the documents were for me they did nothing, NOTHING. I asked them to withdraw my application, and according to their policy I was entitled to half the amount paid, they gave me ONLY 25% of the amount. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO not hire them. The university informed me that the entire cost was RS 800 for transcipts and RS 1500-200 for sppedpost delivery for which they charged ne USD 135 (ROUGHLY rs 10000). Even for convenience which they absolutely fail to provided the amount does not justify the service because there is no service form these guys. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

I recently got my transcripts from Madras university and I was in abroad. I visited their website and it said that I have to send the originals or the notarized documents. They had 2 options either to send the originals or the notarized documents via courier to their office. After I made the application did the payment I got regular updates regarding my application status. They gave an estimated date for my transcripts and before the given date my transcripts were prepared. Mail Transcripts is really good and reliable.

Extremely unprofessional services. Its been more than 3 months I am waiting for the update. My application Id is 75549. Extremely rude customer service. Neither they are bother to provide a solution nor they speak properly . They are only interested for full payment.

I had very bad experience with MailTranscripts after paying 13K for university transcripts. Their process is dead slow.I was just asking confirmation for 2.5K transferred to mailTranscripts through IMPS (Immediate) account transfer.But they denied the confirmation and it will take more than 2 days just for the payment received confirmation.And the executive “Prachi Kapoor” replied exactly same “ you are not the one we deal with, we cant respond you the PAYMENT CONFIRMATION in less than 2 days and who asked you to approach usThis response I got from them after paying 13K.
