I dont think there is much to write about big bazaar as it always live up to standards. Whole store is well maintained, clean and supporting staff. Big bazaar introduce few this which I find totally waste as it is only to rob the customer which is insurance, I dont know what I will do of this insurance. Range of products is wide and quite good.

This is one of the most visited shoping mall in Kanpur city.I also visit here many times and feel every time awesome.There is many other types of facilities like Cinema and Resturant.Finally awesome place.

Nice, bt size for slim person is difficult to find or unavailable in brands, items are overpriced bt discount available most of the time. Without discount, it may be costly

Its a regular visiting place the assistance is quite good and all other kind of facilities for baggage and stuff .

I went to this big bazaar first time and this was my worst experience ever. After few minutes only, Id noticed their rude behavior towards customers and the same happened with me when I asked where is the way for upstairs. The staff was not even listening to the customer queries properly and they do start arguments with the customer. There was also a offer going on at that time that if you shop for more than rs1500, you will get a coupon of worth rs150 to buy veg and fruits. But there were several items (fruits and vegetables only) that they were not considering applicable for coupon. You will get to know this at the time of billing only and then they will make to leave your queue and ask you to bring something else. Still they will not clear what is applicable and what not. Also the staff present there had no idea whether the product is applicable for offer or not. At the time of billing they will resend you to buy something else to avail offer. ALSO IT WAS MANDATORY TO BUY VEG OR FRUITS MIN OF 150RS TO AVAIL OFFER. I SAW SO MANY DISSAPPOINTED AND FRUSTATED CUSTOMERS JUST BECAUSE OF THE RUDE STAFF AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT. NEVER WANT TO VISIT THERE AGAIN.

This time i am more disappointed, choices of product has decreased, not so much option left... Big bazaar which is well known for the lots and lots of options has made u compromise to select the things which they. Seems like they are forcing u to buy the things they want to sell.. very minimum option.. i would suggest go for local grocery store rather than big bazaar because u have to wait for hours to get ur bill with minimum option... Then y waste time go for local store atleast they will consider u....

Situated in the heart of kanpur at rawatpur crossing. This mall is really crowded on weekend. It can fullfil all your needs and wants you have for your house or for yourself. Good to visit with the family. I would like to recommend to visit the food court on the second floor which serve really delicious food from different restaurant.Wheelchair accessible and good security system.

It is BIG! But finding stuff feels like finding needle in a stack and that is compounded by the fact that staff isnt helpful or maybe it was just stationary section.

All things i like bt the billing counter is not satisfied .there are about 14 billing counter bt most of the time only 4 or 5 billing counters are available , so there is too mess in billing
