Surrounding is good but first of all inside hall seats are too close you cant adjust yourself you are about to 6 or more. Second thing that sound is sometimes Very low you cant hear anything. Third one AC is not much cooling like you want. Ticket price less but not much comfortable like you want to be in a cinema hall.

My favourite place for watching movies with family and friends

This is a single theater with a good capacity to seating arrangements they have divide system of you wanna to see the movie from the balcony you can have an option. Alos the price is always in budget since this place is at prime location of the city it is over hyped. But the gentry sometime at this place can be rambunctious mostly if Salman Bhais movies has launched. Hahaha pun intended.

Its is a single screen theatre with Dolby digital sound. The location is on the road, so easy to find. The traffic outside the theatre is very busy. The atmosphere inside the theatre was pleasant and the interiors were good. My experience of watching a movie there was good, and I suggest everyone to go there with their friends and families and have fun.

The name has been changed to NY Heer Cinema now.Its located on the iconic Mall road.I belive this is the only Single Screen Theatre left in Kanpur with decent amount of crowd attraction.Seats are good and so is the air conditioning but the sound quality definitely feels outdated when compared to multiplexes. Latest Movies are regular affair here.

Iconic single screen theatre has been waging a battle against the multiplexes alone.Its management has ensured the audience get experience of screens in the multiplexes both in terms of picture and sound. Parking can be a problem but as the word around is Heer Palace is going for a major rejig in days to come and it will have an underground parking.Watching a film in this theatre also mean you are part of history of at least three generations.

One an old cinema house, now renovated according to new standards. It is very nice for viewing films and has very nice eatables like pastries, popcorn, drinks etc. You will enjoy watching films here and it is located in mall road where there are 2 other theaters already present.

A nice place. Ticket should be of rs 150 to avoid illmannered people. Family of good background hesitate to come because of the kind of public. Else everything is good.

The Only Cinema Hall in Kanpur which is giving tough fight to others multiplexes in the city..its a very old and historic cinema and have witnessed so many silver and golden jubilee movies. Its sound quality is awesome and seats are also very comfortable. you can go again and again to watch a new release.

Worst experience at Heer Palace, Kanpur. This is a 3rd class useless theatre... Air conditioner is not working in the theatre, seats dont have push back.. Waste theatre. Seats are too small.. Heer Palace owner need to think about the customer satisfaction and service. They should strictly renovate the theatre and make it to the well mannered multiplex like PVR cinemas. Really I cannot give a single star to this theatre.

Nice theatre. But not reaching upto the standard. Infrastructure of the theatre is quite good. But very small also. Maintenance is ok. Sound system is not that much good in this theatre. Picture quality is something good. Have sufficient space for parking. I went this theatre with my friends and enjoyed lot in this theatre. So this place is memorable place for me.

Low price theatre with good facilities,one can go with friends or family. At present time this place is closed, coz of some renovation purpose. So you have to go some other place nearest cinema theatre is Sapna palace just opposite of to heer palace.

Their is no air conditioner. No availability of snacks or cold drink. The staff is also very unprofessional. They also dont book advance tickets. The seats were also not cleaned. The left over by the audience of the last show was all over the place.The seats are also very uncomfortable. In all it was not at all a good experience. They claim to have box facility but they dont provide it.

Decent cinematic experience it offers, especially after becoming NY Cinema. Though, there are some issues in terms of infrastructure and management.

Seats are very uncomfortable to sit and view is obstructed specially in the last few rows....apart from that it is fun watching movie here....which probably u might not get in expensive multiplex movie theaters...but people of Kanpur should definitely & seriously take some classes on punctuality....most of the people come 10-15 minute late and even some come 30 minutes after the movie has started...and then they make noises and disturb others while finding their seats.....I dont understand the concept of enjoying movies by them...and seems like they have made it as a habit.
