Masha Allah beautiful masjid. This masjid is the nearest masjid to the kanpur Central. If you want to offer namaz here its waking distance from station. The location is just near the ghanta ghar. You would easily see the minaret of the masjid from near by road.

Badi Masjid is Very Old but Newly Constructed Mosque in the center of Kanpur, Ghantaghar near Kanpur Central Railway Station. The whole market owners and lots of people from kanpur came here for namaz and they also take care of masjid. The intezamia committee of masjid takes care of intezaam very heartly and they work hard for all intezaams. It is the old Mosque of Kanpur and one of best and old mosque of Kanpur. The Design of Badi Masjid is very attractive and beautiful. It is situated on the Main Ghantaghar Chauraha approx 100mtrs from Railway Station. The Masjid is fully air conditioned that means every one can be relax during salah. Main Entrance of Badi Masjid is very Awesome and there is no wheel chair accessible to entrance. Water System for Both Wazu and drinking is tooo Good. There are three stands for putting your sleeper and shoes. Bathroom and toilet facility and cleaning is too Good. Cleaning of Badi Masjid is very Awesome and good. If you ever go near about Badi masjid must go here and pray two Raqats of Namaz E Shukrana for Seeing Such A Beautiful Mosque. You Can Also Stay Here With Permission of Maulana Sahab. This is my Personal Experience which I got here. I feel lot of peace here during my stay. If Anyone go must reach here it is very awesome.
