I will give it 5 out of 5 because this one have1-Best infrastructure2- Best ventilation ( open)3-Neat and clean4- Greeneriesthan all other hall of IIT Kanpur.Just Google it and see pictures.

The whole strucutre is well designed and maintained. It includes a main hall with 6 common rooms and a canteen. The hall entrance is very well decorated with flowers and bushes . Have a separate mess which can serve around 200 or more people at a time. Situated at the very corner of the whole campus. Well secured with 24x7 security guards.

Beautiful architecture of buildings, arranged in a radial plan, connected together by a corridor. The Mess is also good serving food at cheaper prices.

One of the best hostels of IIT kanpur. The mess is really good not the best. You will get all kind of facilities like washing machine, canteen, xerox shop, and a shop for your daily needs. I really appreciate the work of people who are responsible for cleaning the room and hostel. They take their job very seriously. The only this which can bother you that this is the farthest hostel from the academic area.

You can have a amazing experience of the IITian hostel-life here!! The Hall of Residence 11 has very nice aesthetic appeal to it. It boasts of reading room, playing and recreation room, a stationary shop along with a grocey shop. It is also equipped with WiFi facility.

Rooms are bigger. I spend one year here when I was pursuing my masters program. Fresh rooms. Better cleaning services, cold drinking water, water purifiers. Only canteen problem in this hostel

This is one of the best hostels i have ever seen anywhere. A very good infrastructure very good food facility and canteen is also there. Every essential service is available for students at affordable price.

Nice spacious hostel. Nice facilities like washing machines, and shops inside it. It shares a common playing ground with Hall 10.Mess facilities are very good.

Amidst the concrete jungle, one of the finest residences in the whole campus.All necessary amenities are available.The washrooms are big and clean. So are the rooms.Only drawback might be the less number of water cooler. Actually its only one for the whole of hostel which is pretty weird.

Canteen is famous.Dogs watch every piece of meal that you take. Though they have courtesy to wait for licking plates till you finish. Their patience is praised.Non veg items good.

It is well equipped with indoor as well as outdoor sports facilities having 3 Badminton courts, 1 Basketball court, 1 Volley Ball court for outdoor and Table Tenis and chess for indoor sports.It has a large reading room equipped with the books and newspapers, a TV room well equipped with a Home Theatre system having 5.1 channel digital sound system and projector, a Music room for fulfilling the need of music hobby of the students, a Computer room with more than 5 computers fully equipped with internet facility.It also has one Xerox shop as well as one general store. It is also equippped with a high quality, hygienic canteen which caters the quality food to the residents from 2 PM to 2 AM everyday. The canteen is currently closed due to repair works.

Well landscaped and designed, a modern hostel with all facilities. Hall 11 has clean, airy, ventilated rooms that open onto corridors and courtyards on all sides. A floor high skywalk connects the first floor along all buildings between Halls 11 and 12. Great music room with pro equipment, guitars, drum set, keyboard, amps, a bass and a decent canteen. Access to basketball, badminton, volleyball, football and cricket ground. Indoor sports room with table tennis, chess and carrom. Overall, a great hostel. Gets hot in the summer though.

Iit kanpur has very good best hostels

Hall 11 is one of the newer PG hostels in IIT Kanpur and the size of the rooms are considerably bigger than the ones in other halls. However the quality of water in this hall is quite poor and the water has a different taste associated with it

Rooms are spacious and mess food is also good. For first 3-4 months, room will alloted as double sharing and after that you will get single room.Cleaning of rooms is done by cleaning workers 3-4 times a week.3 badminton court and 1 basketball court is also in the hostel.24 hrs wifi and LAN facility is also available.

The rooms are nice, mess is super, you will good non veg delicacies, but they are extras. This hall has inside cafeteria, reading room, table tennis room

The room is designed for 1person/room with 1almirah with mirror, a study table with chair... the room is kept clean everytime by alloted sweepers....!!! the rooms are well structured....the hostel have blocks like a, b c, d block and also have a badminton ground in between two blocks!!!
