It owner behaviour is too rood

Owner is purely business oriented. You cant get inside again once you left the hostel permanently.Search around, youll get better and cheaper rooms.

I stay here for 1 year... I paid 35000 for 1 year (but according to gupta uncle 1 year means 10month) i had taken single sharing room with attached washroom which was very high according to price... And you have to pay electricity bill too.. Only 2cfl and 1fan service are provide on above priceCamera security provided.Well furnished.Wardrobe contained rooms.One table and bed provided.3 floor boys hostel.No mess service.Last entry time 11pm.Cool water in summer but not aquaguard.Inverter is provided but not working more than 10min i had complaints lots of time..

Hostel is like our homes with cheaper rent and world class facilities. Food is tongue likeable and they provide the facilities like RO with water cooler and peaceful surroundings with all around green belts. Marbles floor rooms are also available.

You can live there, on rent slightly expensive. Here maintain neat and clean facilities

Very cheap with great facilities it has good electricity facilities with no charges that no one does in there hostal as many of them say that it is bad hostal with poor facilities but u have to check out. And there is no water charges that is great i m loving and suggesting to u even to try it out and for more information came and see it .

All the negative comments are fake you have to judge personally because to know what is right and what is wrong plz dont believe in negative comments as they dont charge money for electricity and water supplies their hostel . 😘 love it as my son was their in this hostle and he was happy their.

Worst hostel ever i have seen in my life.. its very costly & the owner of this hostel​ is the real gupta. Sometimes there is no water in the flush at night..Plz guys stay away dont even think to try this hostel.Regards: Victim

Koi aur dekh lo. Bekr h...Overall Good Hostel, facilities are bad, Cold and Filtered water, no Mess facility, no warm water in winter, no Internet is available, cant use electrical appliance, more substantial it is at 2 min walking distance to CS Department, HBTU.All bad and it is a little bit costlier then any other hostel near HBTU.

Its a private boys hostel from students who are studying HBTU kanpur

Rooms are well but there are many problems for water, electricity.Gupta is not a good person,once water is not coming in the hostel,I and others said him to give some water from his RO ,he denied and said there is no water in his house.I think he is pure baniya .He will never do anything for you.Only advantage of residing here is that it is very near to college.

All facilities in hostel

Good for students to live if not in hostel. Very near to HBTU 200m.

Owner is very rude . Problem of clean water and inverter does not work if electricity cut for more than half an hour .Rent is very High . Once you leave the hostel you will not be allowed to meet your friends in the Gupta hostel
