When I visited once, one lady who are mopping floor in front of jungli mata, she only given my Prasad to devi mata. That too she didnt go first and washed her hands with soap etc...she just took some water and pour some in front of devi mata and started touching the devi mata.We here dont go to teh temple without proper bath and clean clothes.This was unacceptable.

This is an ancient temple of Goddess Durga located in Kidwai Nagar Kanpur. It is said that the temple was built where area of locatio was a jungle(forest) hence the name of Janglee Devi was given. A devotional place for worshippers specially during Durga puja festival. An attraction of the area and holy place.

I am very lucky to visit jungli Devi temple and take blessings. Easily accessible through roads as it is placed near the Kidwai nagar bypass road. There is parking space available for only two wheelers. Four wheeler parking is difficult to find. Best time to visit is the morning. Visit with friends and family must. Y
