Royal Yamaha (dealer) damages the brand and legacy of Yamaha. Right after purchase, youll start regretting your decision of opting for them. My friend had purchased Yamaha Bike almost a month ago but has to make repeated calls regarding additional accessory items that were purchased at the time of purchase but informed to come after few days as they didnt have the stock. Almost one and half months have passed and he still hasnt got all the documents and accessories.Their service is pathetic too. Their service manager will immediately make a job card (so that you dont have an option to run away) but their mechanics will not take your two wheeler into the service dock before 11:15 A.M despite of opening of service center from 10:00 A.M (as stated by them). Also, most of the times, they dont have adequate stock of even basic items such as air filter and youll have to pay repeated visits to get service done.

Ask for accessories before purchaseBut work is not done on time.Editing on 10/12/20Still no updates on paper work.Dont consider this showroom for purchase.

I purchase my fzs bike from here .quite well behaved staff till now further I share my next experience when I visit for services.Till now after 3&1/2 months after purchase they didnt completed my rto I dont suggest anyone to purchase bike from here .

Because No customers support. Bad service and i suggest dont buy bike from this showroom

NEVER COME HERE*showroom is only okay, they dont care about customer only they care about is money...* service centre is worst service of Yamaha, These guys just ruined the name of legend Yamaha.* I suggest you to never ever think to come here in this service centre.* They make their customer fool by giving them not the actual bill, but the bill they make themselves.* if you ask why my services price go that high, instead of giving answer theyre ready to fight you.

The dealeeship is ok, they dont offer much discounts. The services for the motorcycle is not great though. The garage people I think are not too good.
