Booked appointment from Application it was confirmed for 4 days later. Got booking confirmation message on whatsapp, on the booking date received a message from CARS24 again for booking reminder, we went to their location by driving approx 40km and what we saw office was CLOSED no one was there to tell us the reason when contacted customer care she told that due to some emergency office is closed but when asked nearby person and guard of the compound they told that office is closed on every Tuesday. But central management dont know it, even their customer care was not aware about this. We have to again visit their office next day as we had to sell the car urgently. After waiting for 4 hours they just told us the price of a well running and serviced car same as a second hand bike.By killing our time and money for 2 days in a row, we brought back our car by declining their offer.
