I have visited to z square Mall Barista, ordered a coffee along with that I need some water. I asked for plain water, they said theres no drinking water facility. Basic facilities they cant provide..... disgusting

Ofcourse a Coffee shop which needs no Introduction. Here is a little outlet of it at the Zsqaure kanpur. The seating area of this coffee shop is in the open area of the mall. Thus privacy seems to be absent. And yes, their eatable stock seems to be to less as it usually runs out too quickly. But still a good place to sit and relax after shopping even the Coffees all around are really good.

This place used to be good earlier but since Starbucks has opened, this place has lost it all. So last Sunday we went thr for a coffee and my husband wanted to eat something as well. So after asking the staff who was taking the order we decided to have barista frappe, now when we looked at the food from the glass outside, everything was looking was unappealing & stale, so we took a lemon cake with the frappe. So when i tasted our coffee it was just the mixture of water , little coffee & lots & lots of sugar..... i can’t even describe in words how cheated we felt after spending 650 bucks for 2 ppl. The frappe was disgusting and so was the lemon cake. On top of that i asked them for some water for my baby they said they are out of water and there is no mineral water bottle as well. It was not expected at all from such a big brand. Please change yourself & come back on track before its too late.

They didn’t have the shakes of their menu available. The quantity served was quite less as compared to the price. My tiramisu drink didn’t taste anything like tiramisu. They don’t have a machine for doing card payment so that is another problem.

A perfect place for coffee and conversation. The ambience is quite and nice with mild music . The Coffee is amazing and the smoothie is really nice. The service is also good as compared to the other coffee joints in the city.Recommend picks would be: Cappuccino , Chocolate smoothie and Iced cafe mocha.It also serves pastries, cupcakes and much more .They have their own cool merchandise like iPhone covers , cookies, mugs , etc.

Makes few of the great coffee combination.Shakes 7/10.Limited number of items to eat.Not so well trained staff.Less space to seat as group of people just order a single coffee and drink it in an hour or so just to sit there and occupy the seats.Better go for the one in rave 3.

There isnt much of a choice, as I thought that it was a small outlet compared to others.Although a bit heavy on the pocket located on the ground floor of the Z square Mall in the heart of Kanpur, there is no shortage of footfalls and it does more than an average business...✌️😋😋✌️🥂😍

Why can’t I order croissant via swiggy or zomato? Rest is all good.

This Cafe is in zsquare mall in kanpur. Coffee is always good in barista no doubt. But Cafe and place has some problem. You need to share your place with some unknown people. Lot of people simply sit there only for chit chat and relaxing. Cafe has no card payment they accept only cash. And sofa is so dirty.

Everyttime I am told the swipe machine POS is not working. Had a tough time to pay the bill by other means. Latte was also cold, in spite of asking for a hot one.

Went to barista twice recently. One time it was not a good experience as we ordered white sauce pasta and it was nothing like we thought it would be. The second time it was a good experience, we ordered paneer tikka sandwich, lemon icetea and peach ice tea. And overall it was all very satisfying.Ambience and service is good.

Been a regular customer (every Sunday) for about 2 years. The reason for visiting Zed Square Mall is to have coffee at Barista. Whatever else I do in the mall is just incidental. Doesnt that speak about how good the coffee is ?I take extra strong cold coffee and the staff pays special attention, even replacing coffee, if Im not satisfied !

Its open area Cafe at Z square Mall. Its good but mostly bit uncomfortable as every person stares at you who passes from there. Mens loo is close so u can imagine.
