Very bad service. They didnt determine the problem of my refrigerator and their engineer came and done some work on fridge take payment and after one day refrigerator comes to condition at which it is before...then i called him for 3 months( warranty period) they never came for repair.Their warranty of 3 months is waste and when i called him their owner talking rudely...and engineer saying that i cant repair ur refrigerator because its problem is out of his ability...so disgusting experience from this company.

I expected them to be more professional as compared to other service providers in Kanpur but they proved me wrong. Set up an appointment for today but nobody showed up or informed us of the cancellation. Their phone has been unavailable for hours. Please don’t waste your time with servicewaala.

Mr Rohit One of your worst and extremely dishonest technician. He falsified us for Rs 2500 for simple AC service and repairing of undeemed sound, the sound is still AC is still leaking and most important Rohit dodging us and not picking our calls.I strictly say not to call him anywhere.
