Pros:1) Food is good.2) Food portions are also good.3) They use spices diligently so food is never over spicy.4) Staff is educated about the dishes.5) Service is fine (nor too late nor too fast)6)Dining is good.7) Place is very clean and hygienic.8) Washroom is small but clean.9) They have vegetarian menu too.Cons:1) Prices are on a higher side if compared to other restaurants in the locality.2) Payment can be done only by cash or card. UPI , paytm, phone pe payments cannot be done.3) They dont have a designated parking so cars have to be parked on the roadside. Although there is no problem in it but no one is there to look out for your vehicle.

Did my first visit to Karims. Ordered murg malai Tikka and tandoori murg. Must say I have eaten much better than this. Highly disappointed. The dishes were bland, it was just boiled and served. There was no flavor. Came home and ate कढ़ी to regain my taste. Will never go back to Karims.

Great food and Calm ambience. Non veg dishes are speciality and Biryani is good.

The places ambience is nice. Shahi tukda is worth a try. Both mutton and chicken biryani is Crème de la crème.

Amazing place for Mughlai dishes

I have eaten there butter chicken it was too sweet like rasgulla but chicken was fresh after this I have eaten Kabab roll chef special it was too good in taste but it was highly priced. This restaurant is costly for quick bite lovers.

Worse Biryani I had ever in my life.Pathetic taste. Chicken and Mutton biryani has same rice with no difference. Pieces has no masala or taste

I had butter chicken and it was way too sweet , had the taste of vinegar in it. Not at all worth the price that it goes for. The other tandoor items were still better. But definitely needs to get better.

Very good food. Went with family on a Sunday afternoon and had kebab, shorba, biryani (both types). All of the items were very tasty and service was also good. Stomach didnt feel heavy after eating as is normally felt when I eat outside.The prices however are quite high. For occasional rating it is recommended but not for regular eat outs.

The food is great in both taste and quantity.It is a bit expensive when compared to other restaurant in locality but the taste makes up for the price. Great place overall, can come with both family and friends.

The hospitality at Karims was too good. The manager Mr. Mintu took care of all our needs. Was present whenever needed. The food was so good it refreshed my palate. I hope they soon start a franchise in Lunda Bazaar as well.

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. All the dishes I ordered had no taste. They also have a policy that if order is once placed it cannot be canncelled Its not a place worth visiting.

Visited yesterday.. Gravy of mutton was ok but pteces were only bones..veg snacks was not good.. No different gravy for veg.. Thats really bad.. Better you donot keep veg in your menu.. Dal was pathetic ...overall experience was not good at all.. Much cheaper and goodoptions available in city.. Ended up paying 5200 for nothing good except nonveg snacks..which is almost twice if ordered in some other restro...

Starters are good. Main course isnt the good. Nihari is more a korma then Nihari. Khamiri roti is just an ordinary tandoori roti.
