Very nice place and awesome decor. well behaved staff, very hygienic place and tasty food. The managers did many things beyond our expectations. Though I made lot of changes regarding menu and other things at last moments and they entertained them with gratitude. Over all we had great experience with them.

Only God is perfect in this universe nothing else but Mr. Chaddha (Owner) trying to make Pacific perfect with full of Josh. Team Pacific doing well under his guidance. I know near to Pacific so many halls are there but no one uses crockery as Pacific. Quality of food and their serving is also up to the mark. Overall he believes to make relationship not money. My blessing is always with team Pacific.

I found everything perfect in this banquet.. Staff is very Polite, Ambience is excellent,... Even parking staff is very cooperative. Nice rooms and great ambience. Location is good. Very good place to organise a party at any time of the day, they have good arrangements for food.😊

I booked this venue for my sisters engagement ceremony on 5th Oct. It was a decent, clean and spacious venue..Pro - Decoration was awesome, rooms were clear and well maintained, no issue with parking space.Catering service was not taken from Pacific celebration.Food quality and taste was praised by all my guests.Cons- lack in understanding in ground staff as they say they just follow order from there boss and not well cooperative to u directly till the time there boss will not make them understand, you may face some issue between your own caterers and pacific staff.Recommendations: Please before booking make every small or even smallest Point clear with the owner (pawan) and his venue manager as they may say that it was not discussed or confirmed earlier.Good place for small and one day function if you are based in Kanpur.

We have attended a family wedding here ..The arrangement was quite perfect ..The quality of services and food provided was excellent.The management was quite remarkable...Qudos to Banquet Staff..they have done a prolific job.

Let me explain thisI attended my cousin sisters wedding at pacific .he the owner Mr chaddha Is totally ignorant and very greedy person.First when we met him with his wife , to book his banquet Hall, he showed himself as very humble, honest and great man . He showed us a very good menu, sratrters and high quality food, as we tasted it 🤭🤫But the reality was totally different. The food at wedding day was literally worst Of all . The ingredient he used were third class .everything was third class literally.Second thing we had booked AC rooms But acs were not working there ,and rooms were dirty and full of insects like hell 🤬🤬🤬🤬Be awarePlease dont waste your hard earned money on him

We had function yesterday. The way it was managed and conducted by the staff ofof Pacific left us delighted. They understood our needs and customized everything according to us be it decor, food, preparations, staff behaviour as well as the constructive feedback. Thanks Celebrations team Arvind, Anuj and all for making our function successful. Last but not the least, location of Pacific is added advantage. So in nutshell a one shop, trust worthy place to have ceremonies here and njoy the hospitality.

Food is pathetic and services provided were below par. I trusted on Pawan Chadhha jis words and extra confidence ( over confidence rather) but everything went in vain. Technically I wasted my lakhs of rupees on their pathetic food and service in my wedding reception. I will never recommend Pacific to anybody.

Hi, the place is nice but the staff sply the manager is a big kamina. Doesnt cooperate even inka Khana bilkul bakwas hai or agar apni catering karo to function ko disaster bana dete hai. Humare bhut sare guest ko bola ki Khana khatam ho gaya inke Waiters ne. So guys I suggest everyone ply not chose it

My friends wedding organized in Pacific at 22nd November his father in law paid 3 lakh or more to him but as the food was presented only god knows was worst than a third class dhaba, dal me namak nahi, salad me keede, ice cream to labor apne bacche ko isse acchi khilate hein. Agar jo amt liya gaya uska aadha bhi lagaya jjata to khana accha banta.baaki jinko khali chamak dhamak pasand he wo khush hein
