Very poor service.. have been using aarogya for 2 yrs now and not a day passes that I dont curse them. Very energetic sales team, which promises you the heaven and Earth, and then disappears when u have paid for the software.. the service team is unprofessional and half the time is clueless... I am planning to shift to another software once my contract ends.. BUY AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!

Really pathetic service of the company and really unhelpful staff members.. they are absolutely money minded and would charge you a bomb for software but provide little assistance in giving any after sales service till the time you don’t once again pay a bomb for their Amc..

Very poor customer support specially during GST transition phase , owners of the hotel have to follow up as they dont listen to the staff.Would like to draw attention of the management that if we are being charged for GST transition which is already unfair as we pay an annual amount too , at least proper services should be provided.I personally liked the software and never wanted to review but this is for the attention of top management to improve on standards.

Difficult to take online support from there once they have installed software. Each and every time they want just money... And no support at all. Just irritating.
