I have some window problem in my laptop So I try customer support. Called the number but many calls and hours of hold time later, and the problem is still not resolved. It has very bad customer service, the staff lie and treat disabled people like dirt.

I have some motherboard problem in my laptop. So I called customer service number, it went dead after about 30 minutes. As I type this , I am at 52 minutes holding but this is simply unacceptable. Customer services would not call up to solve a problems.....
