The store is good if you want to buy items in bulk. I used to buy my monthly groceries here and staff was really good. But today, 2-aug-2021, when I went to buy a packet of rice costing 89, I received horrendous behaviour. I waited in line for 20 min for billing, and when I gave the cashier with 500 Rs note, they asked for change. I was not having it and asked to them to ask from other cashier. They denied saying they will not put such effort for low purchase price and asked me to leave. Infuriated with the treatment I left. This was the cashier on the outside. The staff asked me to get it billed outside as I had only a single item. I used to spend 7-12k monthly for my groceries. Now no more.Thanks Mega basket for the wonderful experience of showing me that you care only about basket which are Mega. Very poor service.

Mega basket is a good grocery and daily needs shop. You can put your orders online and avail free home delivery also. Shop comprises all the quality products for your needs. This shop is located on the VIP road near Indian oil petrol pump. Staff is adequate and swift in providing all the required items. They also have their own brand for several consumables.

Loved it. The place was awesome with nice collection. Staff is quite helpful and supportive. The place is disabled friendly with on road parking space available to a certain extent.

Mega basket is one of its kind store where most international brands are available. The store is good for rarely found grocery in Kanpur. I have always found it well managed and mostly with ample stock, which is in itself a big thing in kanpur. If you are in search of some international brand groceries than this is the best place in Kanpur. Also there is ample parking here at any point is of time.

Nice collection of groceries. Mainly things are available, but the worst part is staff. They are not very cooperative.. You have to search every time for them. Theirs no staff divided by sections. Either one is doing everything or none. So thats a trouble.
