I booked this hotel through oyorooms. On arrival, I was told by the Manager that AC is not working as phase is not coming and I would get only fan in it although Ive booked AC room. Same thing was told to other guests. They asked for extra money for using DG.I complained to oyo customer care and they arrange new hotel nearby and causing time wastage of more than an hour. They didnt asked me to sit in their property. They asked me either accept Check in or find some other hotel. They asked me to stand outside the hotel. Their inhuman treatment is disgusting.Worst hotel it was. Dont ever book this hotel, their fraud is visible.

They are cheating people by not accepting goibibo bookingAnd misguide people to pay extraStaff and management is fraudThey deny bookingsCourt case should b field against them

I have just went to this hotel It is a nice place to stay.

They have changed their statement after booking the room, Poor service with old customer also

First time said not accepting booking from oyo , next word is give some difference amount . bathroom was not upto the mark , not even bed ,. When i ask for mention the checkout time in the register he denied me to do that . if i did entry that means i have to mention my checkout time as well. Bad experience .they do need to learn some manners first .

This hotel is 4.5 km from kanpur central railway station.Location is good,one can go anywhere very easily from this location and the hotel room ,i have checked-in, is good but not upto the level of a deluxe room .This hotel has a restaurant but very limited options are available in veg and Non-veg.

All is OK.. room is sufficient for 2 person.and staff behavior is also good .And food is also good.

As one can see in pictures hotel.lacks cleanliness,no clean bedaheets or comforter..besides the behaviour of young manager wasnt upto the mark.. for God s sake its a 3 star hotel.
