It was extremely disappointing experience from every aspect: starters were just ok. French soup breadcrumbs were fried in refined oil and it smells alot, veg kofta was so average, butter roti was crispy but the butter wasnt butter at all it was mixed with some oil. Now, the saddest part:Chinese noodles was half cooked the oil wasnt heated well so it smells. The salt was on the higher side. Chilli paneer was absolutely having no taste.I last time visited the bar section of kwality and seeing their starter quality, this time I went family section and find the food standard below average.The service was also average. Not sure if this because of slow kitchen work.

One of my favorite restaurant in Kanpur nearby my home. This is one of the oldest restaurant of town which serves all type of Indian food, Continental food. Favorite dish of my family is Mixed Baked Vegetable.One can try both veg and non veg food at reasonable prices made by well trained chefs. Their staff is very customer friendly and their service is outstanding.Timing of restaurant is 12:00 pm. to 11 pm. as I asked timing with their manager.

Worst Ambience,Dim lighting, average food. Will not recommended

Three generations of our family have been going here and its our ultimate favorite restaurant. The place is quiet with dim lights perfect for an evening dinner. Sizzlers , soups,American chopsuey and dishes on the continental menu are simply awesome.

Best old and unique restaurant of Kanpur situated in a very good place of Mall Road. Its since 50 years delivering there service. They have bar also enclosed near restaurant. Bar quality is superb they have every English Wine & Beer collection. A little bit costly. Food they provide with great taste and sevices. Lots of rich people and tourists visitors favourite place.

This is one of the oldest restaurants in the city and has still maintained its charm. This place is still very famous among the mature people who like peaceful are for dining with quality food. It has not changed much with time but still a great place to eat..Tasty food but only good for families not good for couples.

Very suffocating place but one of the better place in Kanpur to have 🍻, they should stop allow 🚬 inside as it is packed. Prices are not according to place, I would not suggest this place to anyone until they dont have any other options

When you want to hag out with your buddies in budget. They people can directly go to this point. Good food, with taste, awesome ambience, good service, properly sitting arrangements for celebration.This place is located in main centre of the city. And very reasonable price of this place.We had a great time with our friends onnhis birthday.

The restaurant has been there for a long time, and is well known in the area. I feel their non vegetarian options are tastier than their vegetarian ones. Mughlai here is better than Chinese.

I am here giving the review of Kwality Bar and not Kwality Restaurant. Both are sister concerns of each other.Pros of Kwality Bar:a) Centrally located and in the real heart of Kanpur.b) Value for money and ok ambiencec) The starters are generally good. I usually try peanut masala and french fries, both of which are comparable with the best in the city.d) Very old establishment and has enjoyed heritage value in Kanpur for so many decades.Cons:a) The collection of wines and whiskeys are not that great. Many top notch brands are not available.b) The interiors of this establishment are crumbling and needs renovation ASAPc) The staff is always busy watching TV with ear shattering volume. Even when customers are having their drinks they are hell-bent on watching TV. Ideally there should be light music playing in the background where the drinkers can talk among themselves easily. Staffers need training and must be shown some top bars and how they are being managed.

Kwalitys Sizzler has been popular since the 80s. Food is just super delicious and awesome. There is a wide variety of starters, soups for beginners. For main course Indian Chinese is also quite great and mouth watering apart from Continental cuisines.But English continental food is the specialty here and my favorite guys. One must give it a shot once in 2 months at least. Pricing is slightly high but value for money as food is great...!

The staff was cordial and the food was decent if not the best. The ambiance to was okayish.

Used to be good place with good food but now the serving staff is very greedy they will not prefer card and if you pay them cash they wont bring the change in the first place.I tipped 60 rupees but they keep on asking for more tip so I gave them Rs 50 more that too for a total bill of Rs 740.

A very old restaurant near LIC which has paased the test of time. The food is generally better than average. Particularly, their chicken spring roll and fish finger are great. What makes this place is even better is their below average price. Letme warn you: if you are looking for some great decor, smart service, you are not going to get any. Go here for your traditional restaurant food prepared in simple and good manner.

There are two Kwality restaurant over there, one is family restaurant & other one is bar & restaurant, the bar is just next to the family restaurant and u can sit here for drinks, there is little bit costly drinks & food but u can chill out here. Papad is complimentary with drinks & cigrates also available here to smoke inside.
