There cakes are good. But service is really poor. They are really poor in service. They only entertain big orders and misbehave with people having small orders. Worst experience ever.

Upper Crust is one of the famous bakery in Swaroop Nagar that offers variety of cakes, pastry, breads and snacks. Their ranges of cakes are good. Snacks is not good as I expected. Their Paneer Patty is good in taste but not spicy and Chicken Patty is too bad dont buy that. They have good area of seating to enjoy snacks but limited to only 7-8 people. They keep full care of sanitization. Food is okay as per cost. They also provide wide range of gift packs.

Upper Crust is a nice bakery kinda cute shop, located in the lanes of swaroop nagar. They have a good variety of pastries, Cakes, Cupcakes etc. Veg & Non-Veg both options are available. They also serve snack items like burgers, patties, & other stuff. The prices are genuine. The taste is good. The interior & the shop is also quite cute & cozy.

Best bakery in Kanpur. We absolutely love their cakes, right from the custom made designs to the taste. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly as well as professional. Have been buying cakes, pastries and snacks from here since years now and not once had a bad experience. For every birthday, anniversary or special occasion this is my family’s go to place for getting custom made cakes. Although if you want to have custom made cake do book it a day in advance, else they also have ready to go cakes available for 1/2kg, 1kg, 2kgs. Do try their packed snacks as well. Also they have a small place for sitting but mainly it’s a takeaway shop. Finally, it’s neat and hygienic.

This place was amazing once, but they are losing their quality and taste. The Pastry and Cake they offer are not fresh. Recommending all not to visit this place and waste your money.

A good local brand of Kanpur itself. Marginally overpriced in majority of products but quality is what they promise. Idle place to spend 30-45 minutes with friends. They are known for cakes but market has better options now in same area (Arya Nagar / Swaroop Nagar). Give them a shot if you havent yet. Thanks.

Today at about 5 pm , I purchased one eggless black forest cake by paying Rs.750/-. At the time of cake cutting , we found that you had given us spooled cake . Very bad . Just due to your reputation we purchased from your shop but sorry , you given us waste / spooled cake. I tried to call on your website number two times but no one lifted the call.

Ive got my Lifes first Birthday cake from here and it was 12am birthday surprise in the season of winters.. It was chocolate cake simply beautifully made. I loved eating that cake.. and its taste still waters my mouth.. Yummy yummy yummy..

Nice place. Instantly remember cafe big chill in Delhi Khan market . Similarly priced and really good casual ambience for lunch and cozy atmosphere in night. They serve quick bytes. Mediterranean( as good as it can get in Kanpur) and pizzas with super thin crust made really well. They have burgers and nitrogen icecream. Really nice. Staff is really prompt and the food is unexpectedly good. Look for Audi Kanpur, its on the first floor of the same building

Used to be good, now its just another snack shop and bakery.Had non veg burgers, turned out pretty pathetic, the buns were hard rock and 4 out of 5 soft drinks on the menu werent available.2-stars for old times sake.

Ambitiously portrayed as a good bakery this joint fails to live up to expectations. The pastries, cakes and other snacks are often stale. We ordered a dark chocolate cake which turned out to be rancid. The bakery took no responsibility and refused any customer service. Then next month we decided to give it a try with a Belgian chocolate cake which again wasnt a belgian chocolate cake at all but just a hard frozen cake with six layers of sponge layered between sad tasting chocolate icing. Total waste of money. Also they have satanic selections like chicken pickle where chicken flesh is kept bottled in pickle sauce. As if humans could get more evil than that. If you are a vegan this bakery has 0 options for you. Overall give it a miss because it is a bad bakery with bad staff. Go to Mr. Brown or Breads instead for fresh and more tasty items. This bakery needs to improve its quality. A no go for everyone.
