Although everything is excellent but I dont like the managers way of talking. Best Service Ever... I bought a pudding of Rs. 55. I loved it but the price was too big for me. I had bought a pudding better than it for Rs. 20. Plzz reduce the price... But I like it... keep it up

This place is here in Kanpur for a very long time yet is the best place to have all you can have meal from snacks to luch, dinner , cakes pastries, ice creams etc.

Absolutely dismal and disappointing dine-in experience. The service is sluggish, rude and hostile to feedback. Ill not recommend this restaurant at Mall Road to anyone, looking to enjoy a meal with family.

A decent bakery in Kanpur. There is place to sit down and eat on first floor. Although variety is not so wide, the breads and cakes are tasty. Price is average and fair enough. Two and four wheeler parking is convenient.

A within budget place for quickbites

If you are in Kanpur and had late night program for movie and dinner in medium budget then this is a good choice restaurant for you. Watch evening show at navrang talkies or zsquare and have dinner at Rita foods. Well food is up to the mark and service is little bit delay. They must have to improve their service otherwise few dishes are mouthwatering.

If food is all you want and that too with the embellishment and garnishment of typical Indian kitchen Rita foods is inevitable. the food served her is quite good and the serving time is reasonable. If you are in kanpur an that too on Mall road do taste the food of Rita atleast one.

Manager very rude poor service and never visit plzzz very pooor

Think twice before going to this place.Bad peoples.I had went to the restraunt in this at about 10:20 pm. They served us for only one time and then they started shutting dowm the shutters.These people have no buisness sense and when I told this to manager he started giving irrelevant issues and even spoke lies.

Self service.Buy only what it is famous for.Bike can be parked.
